Homewood Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North California

Nice breakfast and good staff.

When we think Hilton we think quality and this hotel was not that. The apartment was a bit run down and the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. We had a couple screaming and shouting at each other at 2am. It woke our children up as they was scared and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception let us move rooms the next day but a terrible nights sleep meant that our day was impacted as our children were tired and we missed a booked trip.

Dos spots for coffee. Lobby had a 24/7 coffee at the ready need no bottle lobby, they did provide food, am still cautious of the Covid 19 no breakfast at the moment.

I was confused thinking this location was at the airport 😅 my fault had to book a Lyft but totally worth it mention of when I had called the booking receptionist did inform me the possibility of booking this location and having the problem of assuming it was at the airport was more then once presented to the experience desk jokey. He was more then helpful even had me arrive though the mention of working to provide me with the websites full understanding of emergency situations. One time refund if needed, waiver of the fee for mention of airport and need to travel helped make my decision that night. 👍 Did not need to cancel sided with ordering the Lyft and keeping the scheduled day.

Centrally located, very clean sorrounding and very safe. Very welcoming receptionist. The executive room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of fruits, cereal, toasted bread/bagels, warm scrambled eggs and sausages. Hot coffee and tea was a bonus.

Nothing.

The room was comfortable and the facilities were all in great condition. The breakfast was great! Staff were friendly!

This hotel is located in an area that is not very adjacent to any grocery store, restaurants or attractions. For us that was okay as we had our own vehicle but for other travellers, it might be inconvenient.

We used this as a base for our family trip to San Francisco . Loved the location, the free coffee & breakfast was lovely. We would love to return here

The housekeeping service was only every 4th day - we only stayed 3 nights so didn't benefit from it.

Lovely staff, front desk, cleaning, breakfast - everyone I encountered was welcoming and COVID-safe. The location! Shuttle to the airport, but no airport noise, near a walking trail and two marinas!

The pool was a minor disappointment in that at it's deepest it is 3.5 feet. But otherwise it was fine, and great to have a private time to use it during the pandemic.

The room was nice and roomy and the breakfast the following morning was very good. Everyone we met that worked there was friendly and helpful.

The location to the room was as far from the lobby as possible, we were only staying one night then catching a cruise to Alaska it was a long way to haul all our luggage for one night.

Great location, clean communal spaces and rooms, all staff were wonderful, and the breakfast menu changed by staff who were attentive to all guests.

Pool was a little small but got the job done.

Room was very clean with generous provision of toiletries. Good breakfast service with opportunity to take away some for use in the room. There's a cheerful welcoming gentleman who's happy that we enjoyed the breakfast.

Location. No access to public transport. You just have to rent a car as taxi/uber are very expensive in SF

It was close to our destination. The property experienced an electrical outlet from 8-9:45pm Sunday night 10/17/2021. Sandy was extremely helpful on getting us to our rooms and offering help.

The only suggestion was that the bathroom vents in the showers were very dirty and need to be desperately cleaned! Please do that. While worn, the property seemed otherwise clean
