Room was spacious, well lit and adequately furnished. Bed was comfortable and we had a great night sleep every night. Rain shower was a fun plus. We were mostly helped by Sal who was polite kind and incredibly helpful He helped make our stay better then we could have hoped for with his knowledge of the area and his hospitality. The rest of the staff were also welcoming and accommodating. They had beach supplies like chairs and towels to use at no additional cost which was amazing because we forgot ours. Beach access was barely a 3 mins walk and the walk was beautiful!

Easy walking access to what we thought was the most beautiful beach in Laguna (we saw about 10). Very friendly manager. Good beds. Blackout curtains. One of the less expensive options in town. There is a free trolley service to town and the other beaches at about 5 minutes walking distance - very convenient. Laguna Beach was definitely one of the highlights of our California road trip.

There is no breakfast but it wasn’t a big issue as we knew about it and stocked up the day before. There’s a fridge in the room and you can get plates and cutlery from the front desk.

This was the most affordable accommodations available near the ocean in Laguna Beach. Not fancy, but clean and exactly what we needed. You must get a room facing the ocean, or it will feel like a drab apartment complex. Five minute walk to beach. Free trolley comes by the hotel. Proprietor, Sal, was very kind and helpful. Good Starbucks coffee in the rooms and Sal is happy to give you as much as you need. They have a gas fireplace lounge area, but only allowed to enjoy a fire from 8-10pm and we were always away from the property at that time.

The staff was super friendly! We felt very welcome and comfortable! Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfy. The coffee pods were Starbucks pods. The location is a mile from the bustle so it’s quiet but easy to walk to the heart of shopping and food. The beach is a short walk and so beautiful! The value is top notch!

An ocean view would have been better! I requested ocean view but did not get it. The stairs and walkway to the room were a bit shabby.

Quiet, clean, serene, convenient walk to beach access, has parking so car is safe and secure without having to use it or worry about it, good walking area, close connection to free public Trolley to downtown shops & restaurants and to public bus for distance travel on Pacific Coast Highway. Lovely and thoughtful hosts. Small nice patio area and a beach shower. Wonderful clean well-appointed and nicely furnished rooms and excellent showers. Walking within a 2-mile radius to beach, parks, shopping, dining, art museum, art galleries, and ocean views. They make beach towels available for check-out loan during your stay. Nearby walk to Vista Point for sunset viewing. Rooms have small frig and microwave and coffee/tea maker.

This was fine for me, and indeed I liked it very much, but others may want to know that access to most rooms involves use of an outdoor staircase (no elevator).

Prime location- two minute walk to the beautiful Crescent Bay beach, short drive to downtown Laguna Beach. Room was clean, comfortable and well sized. The owners were incredibly friendly and kind, providing tips on local points of interest. Great that complimentary parking was included too. The price was great for the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The exterior is a little outdated however the interior of the rooms are nice and modern ☺️

The property was right on the beach with a three minute walk. Nice view of the ocean parking on site that you didn’t have to pay extra for. On site ice on site laundry. Also had extra beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wakeboard’s, and other beach toys for the kids.

Other than the AC wasn’t working the best, but the property owner was very quick to respond and took care of everything to make us comfortable.

Good sized room; clean; comfortable bed and pillows; nice rain shower; good parking; location is just a few blocks from all the frenzy of tourist area and walking distance to beach too. A block away is the bus/trolley stop which you can ride into the downtown area. Sal at the office/front desk was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely consider staying here again next time we’re in the area.

We came to go to the Saw Dust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters. It was easy to get to the venue by a trolly that was easy to walk to from Crescent Bay Inn. The Inn is also close to the beach as well, a lovely walk to views and the sand.

My room was a little loud due to its proximity to the highway, but if I closed my window and used the air it was fine.

It's got great proximity to Crescent Bay cove, which is a nice little beach! The rooms are clean and comfortable. You really can't beat the price for Laguna Beach. I wish I could of stayed longer! There is also a convenience store right across the street and if you want to drive a bit further west you will hit Crystal Cove State Park.

It's a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants, but honestly, I would of had to pay more money, so I think for the price it was well worth it! Be careful, if you blink you will miss it, and the left turn into the property can be a bit tricky with traffic! I would of also liked a little more info on the best route to walk from the hotel down to Cliff Road, where there is a nice path that you can walk along the ocean all the way to the main Laguna Beach.
