Room layout and facilities in the room were great (I could even log into Netflix, Prime, Disney on the Raku device in the room). The kitchen space/ bathroom sink are combined which was great, plus there was a fridge and coffee machine with coffee, tea etc. We arrived early and were able to access our room straight away. Staff were very accommodating and helpful in navigating us to where we wanted to go. The parking garage was under cover so the car stayed cold, plus we could access the garage from opposite our room. ** there is a free bus service outside the hotel that goes back and forth across the coastline making the main beach easy to get to.

Under the beds was filthy and there was a babies toy and empty snack wrappers in among the balls of dust. We were also on the ground floor so there was no real balcony or outdoor furniture compared to other rooms

Everything was nice. Liked the roof top sitting area.

The shower plumbing wasn’t working in room 337 unable to take a shower, the water was flooded and not draining, the reception told us the building is old, and that happens when everybody takes a shower at the same time. This is not acceptable, I don’t think everybody was taking shower at the same time. The building owner should take care of this issue.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff! Room was perfect for 2 friends traveling. Lots of closet space, good bathroom set up with shower and toilet in their own room/sink out in the room. The beds were SO comfy and the pillows were so nice and there were lots of them. A young man on the staff helped us find a place for dinner and he was so friendly and sweet it was nice to see him in the lobby whenever we returned back to the hotel! A young woman on the staff came up to our room to help with our TV, which never worked but whatver.. she tried everything and was so nice to spend all that time trying to get it to work.

Hallways could use a little love, some paint and new carpets. I get that that is expensive though and takes time but it would greatly improve the overall experience at the hotel.

Came in the wrong car park entrance @ bluebird cyn. Couldn’t understand how to get into building. Key code numbers wouldn’t work. No one around. Tired after 10 hrs of slow traffic and travel. Finally Gary the maintenance guy let us in and explained how to find a clerk. Navigating to our room difficult. Up and down steps ( I use a cane due to recent broken ankle). A kitchen guy opened our door for us. But all the stairs were too much for me. Found the office and Melissa and ? were very good and gave us a different room. They were very helpful during our stay. Just wish our arrival went a little smoother.

Irregular floors. Confusing small signage to rooms. It did feel like we were in Europe again with all the irregularities. So kinda nice. We’re old and finally able to travel more.

Location, views and easy parking. The upper patio area is very nice. Would not book a room with a private balcony again and just go up there

The fridge would only stay running for a little while and then I had to turn it off and on often to get it to stay cold. Floors in the room and bath need a GOOD cleaning, not a quick mop.

The huge outdoor area with a variety of seating made the stay very enjoyable. The kids had more space to move around and play and it meant we didn't have to eat in the room.

There was no chair in the room. I had to make a remote court appearance and that was difficult. The room was on the small side. But it was beautiful, clean and otherwise very nicely appointed. The pool was much smaller than expected.

Clean room. Big and comfortable bad. Personal is friendly and helpful. Everything is automated (checkin, parking, checkout) - every door can be opened by the same code. Located in 150 meters from the ocean, so it's great.

Not enough space in the room, so no table, fridge and coffee machine are in the bathroom. No safe. It was quite hard to understand where to go when we tried to check-in, but personal helped.

location was great… tea pot…. great hotel crisp bedding…. towels accessible … parking perfect…. actually better than a full maid service which is often annoying and makes the room vulnerable. best…. Brie and Trenton at front desk….. i understand Sonders have unmanned front desk. lahuna Beach is an exception.. this place has Trenton and Brie and others I dont know. they were wonderful. will stay again!!!! recommending to local who have friends visiting. love Sonders!

It was clean, beds and pillow’s comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. Location was great, with plenty of cafes and restaurants and easy access to a small beach. Main beach around 1 mile away.

We did have two rooms in our party and my family with 2 young children had very noisy neighbours. But the hotel resolved it.

Great location, had enough parking spaces, Cross the street from the ocean. Had a pool and hot tub. Seating on the deck overlooking the ocean.

The room did not have any chairs in it. You had to sit on the bed. Would also like chairs outside of our door. Did not realize it was an airbnb.
