Views are amazing. Proximity to the walking trail through the beach park was great.

Decor / facilities are worn and dated. Bathroom pocket door would not close properly, and was extremely noisy when attempting to. Wanted to sleep with balcony doors open to hear the waves - but the street noise level at night was unexpectedly high. I understand commanding a high rate for that location during high season - BUT in hindsight we paid “Four Seasons” level rates for Hampton Inn level facilities.

Proximity to Heisler Park, Downtown, Main Beach was excellent. Did not need any transportation to enjoy the shops, dining, and other amenities. Morning Coffee in the Lobby was excellent and so were the Cookies in the evening. Especially enjoyed the views of the Ocean and lights of downtown at night. Heisler Park was our favorite place to walk and enjoy the views at Sunset.

Only disappointment was the Pacific Terrace Bar. Only a Bar cart and it wasn't available very long after 6pm. Cost of parking was a little high, but considering the convenience of location to shops and restaurants it wasn't a major issue.

Location was amazing so close to the beach. Love that beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and sand toys were available to guests to check out. Common area rooftop patio with bar and complimentary wine was wonderful. View from common area patio was awesome, we ordered take-out one night and ate up there. Loved the morning coffee in the lobby and the evening cookies and mile! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and retail as well as Pageant of the Masters. The pool was also great....warm and secluded. Loved that you could swim in pool and hear waves from the ocean while swimming/sunning. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

Room was kind of small.

The room was clean and was stocked with quality amenities. We liked having a room that was close to the pool. The location close to the main beach is the biggest plus for this location. Having free sunblock available at the pool and free towels and boogie boards for the beach and parking were all a huge plus.

There isn't much to complain about this place. The price is high for the size of the room, but the free parking offsets that a bit. The parking itself is kind of a pain because there are three different levels that are not connected to each other and you sometimes have to drive from one to the other to find a space, especially on the weekend. Staff is available to help carry bags from parking to your room, but we didn't feel like bothering them and hauled our own bags up flights of stairs. Did not like that there was no onsite laundry, one would need to pay 30$ to have a third party pick up and drop off laundry.

Good location a well-kept property

The toilet in room 220 needed to be re-set set. Every time you sit on it at rock back-and-forth. Also the pillows are too large for the bed! Comfort height or ADA height toilet should be installed.

The hotel location is perfect, the staffs were friendly and helpful, The room was clean and mostly had everything. Overall, the hotel vibes were nice. Refreshing free water was in the reception at all times.

Just the hallway smells bad, but I can tell they trying to keep it cleaned. The main beach wasn’t that good, but there are more nicer and cleaner beaches about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Ocean front room with nice comfortable bed and could hear the ocean. Clean and comfy

The upstairs guest spitting over the balcony and landing on the pavement out front. He also stomped around as if playing a video game

Wonderful location...steps down to Main Beach and a short walk to everything downtown. The sunset view from the upstairs patio bar is gorgeous! And, sitting outside drinking coffee is a great way to start the day!

So beautiful! The view and beach access was incredible. Close to everything. The complimentary wine and cookies were a nice surprise. The bed was so comfortable!

The plumbing was a little slow...

Had booked a pool view room. Tried to upgrade to room w balcony but would have been extra $150 per night….definitely too much for a week with a lot of empty rooms!!
