The staff is amazing. Every single one of them was helpful, kind and friendly. Our first night was a lousy room, that's why the lower ratings. BUT we were able to move to a much better room for the same rate. The only thing about the location is that it's not overlooking the beach, but we realize that would cost a great deal more. And it's just a walk across the street. We have stayed here before and will likely stay again.

The first room we had had an obstacle for a shower. It was ridiculous trying to get into it, since it had a high wall and the tub was made for a jacuzzi feel I guess. But it was definitely dangerous trying to get in and out of it. We were told they are replacing those tubs! Also, for some reason, there was no door for the bathroom area. So absolutely no privacy except for the toilet.

Very clean, newly renovated, friendly staff, great location across the street from the beach. Free parking in the private garage. Spacious bathroom with large shower enclosure, comfortable queen sized beds. Pool, hot tub and rooftop area to eat and sun bath. Due to COVID Breakfast was cereal, juice, milk, fruit and breakfast bars. Coffee was in the room.

Because of COVID the rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day. We were there for 6 nights and the room was cleaned once.

It was a great weekend getaway for us. They upgraded our room without charging us extra. The view was excellent, the bed was large and comfortable, it was very nice. We will definitely be back on our next weekend getaway to the beach!

The fridge in the room was tiny. The walk in shower needed better drainage, even with the curtain closed, water got everywhere in the bathroom. Other than this, it was awesome. The breakfast was just boxes of cereal with some fruit, not worth wasting our time on.

The Front office Manager was superb and very pleasing. What a great asset to the hotel!!

The Night audit clerk was un accommodating. Asked for an extra pillow for my granddaughter and he told me No. To come back in the morning and check with Housekeeping. I only stayed a night so Housekeeping would have done me no good the next day...

Ideal location steps to beach. Super staff and "feels like home' Great value for money, especially for families!

Our room needed a lot more outlets and a MICROWAVE ! I want to say that Priscilla at the front desk was wonderful , very accommodating and sweet. We liked her a lot.

The room was spacious, there is a table (work area) but missing chair. Missing face tissue. Bath is spacious, 2 sinks is a plus. Accessible location.

My renovated room was beautiful, modern & clean. So glad they replaced carpet with wood flooring.
