perfect location for calls in LA and San Diego, and located right on I-5. very comfortable room, and well done breakfasts

pls think about position of bathtub/shower grab bar. every time one turns in shower the elbow or arm hits it. why not move it to far end away from shower head!????

There is a Restuarant and bar next door and convince stores and markets close by to grab any needed items.

It would be nice if breakfast started earlier. It isn't possible for construction workers to eat at the time it starts and takes away from the value added.

The room was clean and quiet. I was allowed a late checkout and the use of breakfast tables for a short meeting.

I didn't like signing for a security deposit where my signature was on a separate computer screen. It felt like signing a document without reading it. The single king bed was perpendicular to the TV, so it was awkward to watch in bed. The lounge did face the TV, but I prefer TV viewing under the covers. The bed was too soft for me.

I stood in a line, six feet apart, for about ten minutes while one employee was taking orders and stuffing cardboard boxes with orders. She was all alone. I didn't want to wait another twenty minutes for breakfast so I grabbed coffee and ate elsewhere.

Room was not cleaned after the first day of stay. Not sure if I'm missing something with the booking.com but I am accustomed to having a room cleaned daily. Fortunately I didn't use up all the towels on the first day.

Excellent location for us. Very close to Saddleback College. Very nice breakfast. Excellent sized room, Staff very polite and helpful.

I hated the bathroom door. It’s a modern, sliding barn door on the outside of the wall. even when closed, there’s a 1.5” gap between the door and the wall. very poor from a privacy standpoint. Note: this is not a maintenance problem. It’s an embarrassing interior design faux pas. Otherwise, this is a great place.

The cleanliness and location of the hotel. I've stayed here before and I will continue to stay here when visiting!

There is no door with a handle to the bathroom and instead it is just a sliding door.

We frequently travel to OC to visit our kids & have stayed in several different hotels. This will be our new place from now on! Super reasonable, beautiful rooms, beautiful breakfast that’s included….and COMFY beds!! Also, the location is perfect. Close to the freeway AND In & Out!

I loved the room, the cleanliness, and the location.

The breakfast was a little lackluster but it was still good. I understand that it was an "On-the-Go" meal, but I did want to see some eggs or some sort of protein.

rooms were too small, and although they claim to be dog friendly, the only place you could take the dogs in the hotel was your room, and no place to let your pup relieve themselves at.
