The hotel is amazing, clean, renovated, all excellently kept up. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. They provide you with additional services all day long at no expense and try to make sure you feel as amazing as possible! Free parking available, AC amazing, room was amazing big and just wow.

Literally nothing to complain about!

Very friendly, clean, nice.

We were at the 1st floor and the room was noisy because of people at the second floor, even a light walk was hearable on our floor.

The pool was refreshing (although a bit warm later in the day, but maybe that was because it was so hot outside?), and it was clean. Staff was helpful and aimed to please. Loved the on-site spa and choice of masseuse was perfect. Because of COVID food and beverage services were suspended which was a bummer (but totally understand), but we were gifted a bottle of wine as compensation. It was not asked for or expected, but a lovely gesture. Liked the security of a gated “community” and the adults only serenity. Had a lovely getaway with my 2 girl friends! Would stay again.

The jacuzzi was a bit hot.

The hotel is charming with lots of plants, a sparkling pool and spa music playing from the patio 24/7. It was a short walk to some restaurants and a short drive to downtown and other attractions. The owners were available by phone and were friendly and attentive. The room was attractive and comfortable with a small fridge and plenty of room for a desk, couch and chest of drawers in the sitting area, and a very nice bathroom with shower and lots of cubbies for clothes, etc. Air conditioning was very effective, necessary in Palm Springs.

There was no cleaning service, even though we arrived on a Thursday evening. Also, no breakfast. These facts were not given to us on the website or by booking.com. For the amount we paid, we expected those things to be there, esp. since we weren’t informed.

The inn is small and quaint with a lovely pool area. We loved the spa music playing at the pool. Couple that with no children and you have a relaxing experience. It was very windy when we were there, but the place is situated such that you can still sit by the pool and not be blown away. It's half-mile to a mile from where you may want to go downtown so you can have a nice stroll home after dinner. I would have loved to have been able to use the common area because it looks lovely in the photos however, it was closed due to Covid. Hopefully, that will change soon.

The staff was very accommodating and responsive and the location was quiet. It almost seemed like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. There were two a slight downfalls. 1. While we were in the pool someone was smoking weed in one of the rooms which was bothersome because we don't smoke and because I'm pregnant. The second downfall was the water gage in the shower, it did not stay in place and kept making the water turn hot. Aside from that our room was really spacious and clean and the bed was so comfy.

The ambiance. The pool was open and heated. We hope to experience the spa once all this is over. My Fiancé really enjoyed himself here and loved his bday surprise, staying here was a great choice. Considering the situation we are in right now with the pandemic.
