Ava, the property manager was fantastic - professional, communicative, prompt when something was needed, very personable; she made my week-long stay extra special. The units are well-sized and outfitted with high quality mid-century style furnishings, decor, and amenities. The units are very comfortable and quiet. The bed, pillows and linens were dreamy comfortable, which made it hard to get up! All linens and amenities were generous and high quality. Smart TV's in the living area and bedroom. I love the setting around the pool, the lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels, and that it's a small, intimate, beautiful mid-century, pet-friendly property. Very nice, respectful clientele. Great location at the top of the Uptown Design District, within walking distance of shops and restaurants downtown. Plenty of parking right in front of the entrance. It's my new home when in Palm Springs, can't wait to return next year.

It would be great if there were built-in shelves/drawers in the large closet, besides the metal rack for the safe. It's the only hotel/apt. I've ever stayed in with no dresser or shelving unit for non-hanging clothes, accessories, etc. The door opening into the bathroom, given the configuration, made movement in the bathroom difficult/awkward. It would be nice if the private patios were fully decked or paved like the pool area instead of a small deck with predominantly sand for the rest and lounge chairs.

I can't say enough about how FABULOUS the stay was at the Weekend!! The room was incredibly comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities that we were looking for. A little off the beaten path but still located only 5-7 minutes from the downtown area. The pool was divine and such a treat after walking all day. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I can't say anything bad about our stay only that possibly the water pressure was a little soft but it didn't deter me from taking a shower.

location , had great little touches, cute design , loved the patio and pool area, the bed was pretty comfortable, sheets super soft, lots of room especially if we had stayed longer that would have been great, love that no one was loud or above us. very relaxing and enjoyed it.

The shower in main bathroom didnt drain well, and little black scuffs on wall in bedroom , but overall very happy with property

Such a wonderful place, beautiful kitchen, spacious apartment. Kitchen includes a huge fridge and fresh ice, as well as a microwave. Patio and swimming pool are clean and so nice! We decided to leave a bit earlier due to a weather event. Mark, the owner, was so accommodating and arranged everything for us, including calling the costumer service of booking. Such a great service! Would recommend this place to anyone!

having left LA and second stop on a road tour with two teenagers it was amazing to have an apartment to ourselves , so chilled and quiet . only three of the other 8 units were occupied so we had the pool to ourselves . a full size fridge and microwave so we could stock up with some goodies . the beds really were amazingly comfortable and I don’t like a soft bed , but they were heaven. fab showers and lovely free shower products . our trip to Death Valley got cancelled due to flash floods and we were more than happy to book an extra night . staff were brilliant , really helpful, great at communicating but not over the top . super chilled and lovely stay . lovely fresh linen/ towels and pool towels provided

Great, spacious, stylish room. QUIET! Was not expecting such a cool spot with a pool in the center to be so comfortable and quiet. The hotel was full, but there were no bachelorette parties and it was mostly mature couples. The pool was heated and heavenly. Great place for a relaxing weekend.

The units are so charming and have everything you will need for a stay away from home. They anticipate your every need. The king size bed is super comfortable and the pool right outside the door is amazing. Mark the owner is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure to meet him. We will definitely be back!

Perfect uptown location in super quiet area within walking distance of downtown attractions.

For some, the size, ensuite location and single-basin of the bathroom might be a challenge. For us, it was a small deal given the otherwise abundant pleasures of the large space offered, including a lovely, private outdoor patio.

Cool, stylish boutique hotel! Only 10 rooms surrounding a small pool. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing as only two or three other rooms were booked while were there. Saltwater pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. Loved having the kitchenette for making breakfast or for storing and heating up leftovers. Keurig machine in the room, stocked with coffee, sugar and creamers was a big plus. Super clean and about a 15 minute walk to the main part of the strip. Not a lot of off street parking, but we didn't have any issues since they weren't full. Mark has done a wonderful job with all of the details! Would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Since the pool area is so small, there really isn't enough room for lounge chairs, so I can understand why there are just the benches/couches set up there. There are lounge chairs on the private patios, you just have to go through the room to then take a dip in the pool.

Everything. This establishment is structured like a motel, but it’s far from anything resembling that. It’s only one aspect of the structure- it’s rectangular shape of connected rooms and the center is- a beauty pool, with benches and chairs for each household. Yup that’s what I said…… household! You will be contacted by the two owners (who are incredible) prior to your stay. They will inform you of everything you need to know about your upcoming visit. It will be a contactless check in. So via text, you will receive your info on how to access your apartment when you’re ready to check in. The front door is locked and secure , and you would need a special code to pass through the front, and then you will be in the pool area, then when you get to your apt, a separate code will be used to access the inside. When you open the door you’ll gasp a little bit. It’s that impressive! A true androgynous - mid century modern masterpiece. There are different size apts, some are suites, 1., and 2 BR. They all have a full kitchenette, emphasis on “ette” because there is not a stove or oven, but that truly isn’t a problem. There’s a microwave, a brand new chrome fridge, supplied with a kuerig coffee brewer with plenty of different coffees and condiments for your coffee. There are utensils and plates and a mini dining area with an elegantly set table. There’s a large flat screen tv in each room. In the living room is a lounging chair with foot rest, and a large sofa with a large retro coffee table, and plenty of coasters which should absolutely be used if you have respect, and this place warrants that! The bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed and it’s own TV and both have cable with plenty of channels. The room is a regular sized bedroom!!! To top that off there is a door to a walk in closet to store your luggage and it’s furnished with soft fabric full body bathrobes for each guest.

Nothing really except I wish they would be able to lease out one of the apts for a short term living space!
