Fantastic facilities and pool areas. Great room with a clean kitchen, comfy beds and very nice staff as well as the other guests. the atmosphere was very genuine. great when arriving by car and very close to the airport as well as a short walk to the downtown area and the canyons.

The temperature in the rooms could have been better, especially in the beginning of march when the mornings and nights are pretty cold. I would wish that the water pressure in the shower on the second floor room was more consistent.

The room were very nice and appeared to be kept up. Thr courtyards are in great shape and kept very clean. Staff is great and very helpful. Love the security around the place

There tends to be a noise element occasionally outside the units..especially after you shut the Hotel for the night and nobody is on duty....we also had a power failure for a whole evening Thursday 16th Feb until 4.00am .. No proper working laundry facilities for the guests..this is a bit of a drawback...

I ended every day but using the large jacuzzi, which was wonderful. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED my room upgrade. Joanne at the front desk took very good care of me!

My first night I could hear my neighbor snoring like a bear and then the couple started talking at 6am (not quietly, like they were by the pool). I ask Joanne if I could move rooms. Joanne was wonderful. She gave me an upgrade and I never heard a peep out of my neighbors the next 3 days!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our rooms. The size was great, the decor was quirky but very comfortable, and the well equipped kitchen was a great surprise (even though we didn't need it this trip, we made note for future trips). Both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The exterior was a little scary / run down, but the hotel itself has been renovated and is lovely. The tv was massive for a room that size too!

We were very lucky to find parking; it's too bad the parking situation couldn't be improved upon, but based on the location I doubt that's possible.

I loved this hostel. The view over the mountains is unbeatable. The place was super quiet when I visited, and I basically had the two pools to myself for several hours. (And they were very nice) The area was quiet, and the hotel generally felt safe and well located within Palm Springs- you're only a street away from downtown. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-equipped.

There was a power outage through most of the day (it started at 12pm and ended after 6pm - I was gone during the evening so I don't know what time the power came back) due to some works in the area. It wasn't the hotel's fault at all, but it would have been nice of them to do something for the customers- a discount, or maybe lunch/dinner vouchers would have been appreciated. (The kitchen was a big point for me in booking the space and I didn't even get to use it because of the power cut)

We had a great time and wished we could stay longer ! The place was quiet and clean, and the facilities were very well equipped: 2 pools, a jacuzzi, sunbeds and 4 barbecues (including 2 gas ones). The room itself was spacious and clean. Kudos to the king size bed and the wide screen TV. Convenient parking right in front of the hotel. All of that for a very affordable price. We strongly recommend this place.

It was perfect !

Awesome location, easy walking distance to the Palm Springs strip. Great pool, nice courtyard. Room amenities were nice, coffee mugs, wine glasses and such. Big TV.

Sparsely furnished room, could have used a dresser and a vanity in the bathroom so we didnt have to live out of our suitcases.

The king suite was perfect. Exactly what we wanted with a perfectly sized fridge (about 75% of a normal sized fridge on bottom and freezer on top), a microwave, oven, electric (resistance heater) cook top, oven (didnt use but theres an OVEN!), sink, cabinetry, some cookware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, dishes, 4 cup coffee maker, CLOTH hand towel, paper towels, and even coffee! This place was perfect. I would reccomend it to friends and family. Better than a hotel and more comfortable for a multiple day stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The large hot tub was clean and just the right temp. A great place at sunset. A pleasant walk to downtown PS, so we didn't need to use Uber too much.

Our room was next to one of the parking lot access doors, so it was a bit noisy with people walking by and slamming the gate. I would recommend asking for a second-floor room. There is no food or drink available at the hotel (except a vending machine), so I recommend picking up snacks and beers before arriving.

I felt comfortable there. I’m planning a return trip (and I mean I’m literally, right now booking a room) just to get away from LA for a couple of days and relax. I doubt I’ll leave the property.

The location is feels little desolate, and not in a good way. But maybe that’s the desert and the somewhat scary drifters, and maybe that’s a problem with all of Palm Springs. I honestly don’t know.
