The pool, staff and facilities were great. The pool side food very good and the drinks. The room was great also. Plenty of parking also

The only compliant was the cost so many hidden costs that are not stated on Booking.com. In short I booked the room for $181 (for 1 night so this is expensive already) but when I came to pay I was stung for the following occupancy tax $24.44, Riverside Assessment $5.43, CA Assessment $0.35, Resort Fee $40, Occupancy tax $5.40 (and there were two of these - I only stayed one night!), Riverside Assessment (another one!) $1.20, and another CA Assessment $0.80 - hence for a booking at $181 we actually paid $258.62 (another $77.62) - which is daft and makes this not worth the money - I clearly would never have booked this is I had know the actual cost before going!

Restaurants & food were excellent. Reservations were used & advisable. Pools were clean, warm & beautifully kept. Lots of lounge chairs & poolside bar/food service. The landscaping was so pretty and they lit it up at night. They also light up the pools at night, one even changing colors. Poolside fire pits provided a nice setting for ending the day, especially appreciated on the cooler evenings.

Outdoors music played through speakers right outside our patio doors from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. We asked the front desk to please at least turn it down, or preferably turn it off, but that never happened. Also housekeeping missed stocking & cleaning our rooms one day. The resort fee includes 2 bottles of water/day and coffee/tea so we definitely wanted that, as well as clean towels & a made up bed. Also, we were charged over $130 more for the room on last night we were there. Since we booked through booking.com the resort had no explanation as to why. Said we needed to ask booking.com. So I’m asking, why?

Eating in the restaurant was not ideal with children, not enough staff, we ended up eating out most of the time. A requested microwave to help with food for the children never materialised. Long queues to get a poolside drink or food order. Housekeeping staff were overworked and on several days our rooms were not made up and we had to go to look for towels and supplies. That said, once we asked the items were quickly delivered. Would have been nicer to return to fresh rooms each day though. The grand children were disappointed that the expected evening entertainment did not happen.

The facility is nice.

I didn't like the fact check-in was at 4pm and I didn't get into my room pass 7pm or so. We arrived early, but we understood the room would not be ready. We sat around for about an hour half more because we were informed it would take an hour. After which, the room still wasn't ready. We left to go for Dinner and informed we would get a call. After waiting for about 3hrs, we headed back to find out the room was finally ready. No call. We were cranky by this point. The room was spacious, but poor ac ventilation (we did call and engineer said was just an older model). One part of the room was cooler and the warm. Hardly any storage space, loose toilet seat, and when we ran the water, you could smell the sulfur or pipes.

I liked the location. I loved that it was clean. I loved that it wasn’t too crowded. The drinks were soo good as well!

Many of the staff were not friendly, did not have welcoming faces and were very short in their responses. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Also had trouble with our air conditioning, temp would not go lower than 71 in our room. Maintenance said it’s due to ALL rooms having AC going at the same time. Also, maintenance was unable to pull out our bed from the sofa, it was stuck and he did not have tools to fix it. He apologized several times, very nice and patient person. But I was still bummed because my son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and had to sleep with mom and dad instead.

What a cool property! There were activities every night and cool things to do around the property (such as pool side games and bike rentals). The property was beautiful and put me right in vacation mode. The spa was relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed the day pass so we could unwind in the steam room and private water fall pool. The drinks at the bar were on point and the service was great. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was spot on. It was perfect.

The resort fees were not included in the total price when we booked through this site, so that was a surprise at check out. The bike rentals were first come first serve (which I get) but there wasn’t a time frame for others to bring them back, so when they were gone, they were potentially gone all day. Not a biggy but just get there early if you want a bike.

The pools were heated, so they were immediately comfortable to get in. Our room was beautiful! Nice view of the pool, the linens were top notch, and the bathroom was lovely.

We are not “older” by any means (36 & 43), but getting in and out of the tub/shower combo was treacherous! Facilities should really install a handle/grab bar by the opening. It’s a lovely, deep tub, but then with the outer tile work sticking out another few inches it makes the step in and out difficult.

Location was perfect, really close to the main centre. Myself and my partner actually got engaged on this holiday at the top of the tramway and Justin at front desk went above and beyond to upgrade our room and make the stay even more memorable. Our original room was lovely but Justin got us a suite that had a private jacuzzi and a view of the pool area. In Palm Springs I imagine you’ll struggle to find a room without a good view as a view of the mountains could be seen in both rooms we had, it was just beautiful. We actually ended up staying during pride which we didn’t expect but it was a lovely bonus to be involved in the festivities. Cold water infused with lemon and cucumber was also available at reception which was a lovely touch after driving from LA.

very convenient location. within minutes of downtown. plenty of parking on the resort. spa was reasonably priced and very relaxing. they have a lounge area while using the whirl pools. lots of fun picture locations around the resort. pool was located in the middle of all building so very convenient to walk to and had a bar next to the main pool.

AC vent was loud throughout the night. sinks weren’t really cleaned. at the main bar, there were ants in the grenadine and the bar staff was aware but didn’t bother to cover the lid or remove it so ants would stop getting in. she mentioned multiple people complained about it but she still used it.

The hotel has been renovated and features nice updates like big soaking tubs, soft close toilet seats, really comfortable beds and crisp sheets, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and the main pool is large and a fun hangout space.

The hvac and ventilation system is very loud. We didn’t need it much but I could see it being bothersome in hotter months. The music by the pool is pretty loud, if you’re near any of the speakers you need to shout to talk.
