Travelling with mom and sister; we needed a place with three beds. The price was right and we were happy with the size of our unit and how well-appointed it was. We were on the ground floor the first night and the windows in the room rattled whenever anyone walked around upstairs, and it sounded like someone was breaking into the room. I notified Vivian the next morning and she immediately resolved the problem by moving us to an upstairs unit. The pool and outdoor area is great; lots of room to chill out. The rooms are dated but clean. The hotel is in a good location walking distance to the main strip in PS. Staff are sweet and helpful; Vivian was wonderful—accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

The decor is dated, and if the air conditioner is off there is a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk has limited hours.

As we have used this property for many of our trips to the Tennis Tournaments over the years, we enjoy the 2-bedroom, 2-bath units for the four of us. It suits our needs perfectly. The unit was clean and comfortable. We used the refrigerator but did not do any cooking in the unit.

There were a few changes that I was not aware of. The first was a $100 deposit on the first day of our stay that was new this year. I was told the information about this deposit was on the booking.com app but I did not notice it. There was also a change in the TV programming that did not appear to include the tennis channel anymore. The checkin brochure still contained the old TV channel lineup information. Also, I would have appreciated, at least 2 pieces of soap per bathroom. Thank you for the service all these many years.

I was travelling with my mom (42 and 70 yrs old) and we liked everything about our stay. The room was quiet, kitchen was well setup with all required accessories and dishware, beds were comfy and pool area was great for soaking in the sun or warming up on cooler evenings. The facilities are a bit retro but everything was functional and clean. We checked-in late but the procedure had been communicated to us and went smoothly. Great location for accessing all areas of Palm Springs and walking the ritzy neighbourhoods out the door.

This was fabulous! Exceptional value and with great facilities. The apartment was big. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of space and the master bedroom was huge. It was exceptionally clean.

The only thing I didn't like fully was the living area. The decor was a little dated but everything else was so great, it didn't matter.

For us it was perfect - we had everything we needed in the room and it was big enough, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and had it for ourselves most of the time. Location is great too. Being able to do laundry was a plus during our trip.

As some other comments mentioned it is a bit dated so we can understand how some people may like hotels with more modern designs - but it did not really bother us as the villa was clean (and it can be part of the charm!)

Property is in a good location, a couple of miles from Palm Springs civic center in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked properly. The room was quiet and away from the street.

Although the room had been refurbished and maintained, it was showing its age. Certain areas of the property are in disrepair, such as a crumbling perimeter wall and an under-slab pipe leak outside our door.

The suite was very comfortable and well laid out, with a well-appointed kitchen. Having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus living room, kitchen and dining room was perfect for our needs. The pool was very nice. Great location!

It was too hot in Palm Springs to be able to do all the things we wanted to do. The office hours are limited, which could complicate arrival and check in, in case anything goes wrong with travel plans.

The staff and service (Jeffery and Vivian) were extremely customer focused and helpful. We loved our large 2 bedroom condo which was clean and well appointed. The location is outstanding and we loved hiking, walking and biking (included) in Little Tuscany, Las Palmas, the Movie Colony and the Uptown Design District (all very close by). The North Lykken Trail (north trailhead) start is walking distance from the condo and the view is spectacular.

The master bathroom cabinets needed a little refresh. The bathrooms were stocked with hand soap and shampoo. Could have also included a little conditioner and body wash.

Amenities, location, price, accommodation for our group and free/ample parking.

Was a little disappointed in the fact that there wasn’t much in way of bathroom necessities. Since it was a unit with a kitchen, I expected more of an Airbnb experience. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, but had to go purchase shampoo/conditioner and body soap. There was 1 bar soap for handwashing and body and a tiny bottle of shampoo supplied.

It was helpful to have two bathrooms in each unit. The units were comfortable. There was enough seating to sit around talking (and it was in good condition). Carpets were newer and clean. Nice view from upper unit. The HVAC was very responsive so room temperatures quickly became comfortable upon returning from our outings.

Extra blankets in the units would have come in handy. We forgot to go to the office during open hours after the first night, but we had brought lap throws just in case, which worked fine. In the second unit, a traveler simply pulled the blanket off the second (unused) twin bed. Some of the cabinet door fronts could use refinishing (the high use ones - undersink doors). Unit 102 did not have bolsters on the couch nor the decorative trinket box (which were present in unit 107). Unit 102 did not have a fry pan; 107 did.
