Having the manager banging on my door like we're in the ghetto instead of calling my room to understand confusion on the checkout date

The quietness, spacious rooms and no rudeness. Absolutely the best stay I've experienced in a long while. I recommend this facility to all you'll enjoy your stay. Heck I stayed a week lol

The fact that the pool was really only 4ft. But that's all. Also I started a week I think tht the maid should service the room every 2 to 3 days. I did have to ask for some all purpose cleaner to spruce up the room and floors. And I think the rooms need microwaves, if not the lobby should have one available to customers. Those are little suggestions all in all gr8 place.

For the price this place is awesome. If they had a microwave would be perfect. Lady that cleaned my room, helped me out with bags with no complaints. She was very professional and courteous Bed was very comfortable, very clean. Cute kitty outside that greets you. Good place to eat next door... "Billy Reeds"

I didn't know if I was being punked but the person/people above me made soo much noise day, evening, 3am, 6am. All 3 days I was there. I have insomnia and so that sucked, but you can't ask a hotel to leave the room above you empty. Trust me, if I could climb stairs, I would stay on the top floor! Some repairs needed but overall, comfy room. Missed a little table to eat on.

I had a huge room that was close to my car and to the main office, and the furnishings were cute and stylish. Neat lamps and a good TV. Lots of space around the sink area.

The bar was never opened while i was there for a week and I never saw anyone in the pool or jacuzzi (it wasn't warm). My bathroom ceiling was leaking water one night and the front desk staff didn't seem to really care. It stopped right afterward, so no big deal, but it was odd.

I got the biggest king room. It was decent and worth the low price. I went in the middle of the week so the pool was all mine.

I didn't like that the lights were only timer but without the dial so I couldn't change how long they stay on. They'd just turn off. The sliding barn door for the bathroom is nice to look at but if I had company , I'd have feel uncomfortable using the toilet cause the door doesn't close all the way and has large gaps letting all manner of smells and sounds out.

the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were awful! I didn't need a closet or dresser which was good as there wasn't either in the room that I was in. The air conditioner worked great but made an awful noise that would actually wake me up when it came on in the middle of night.

The noises the air conditioner made were awful and since it was a unit that turned off/on in the middle of night, it woke me up constantly and I'm not a light sleeper. Although staff were accommodating they weren't very friendly. Not sure that's required but it's always nice to see a smiling face.

It was clean

When asked the receptionist what were a few things she recommended to do while on our stay she didnt share much. She just said “I’ve never been” or when asked what time does this activity closes she just said, “I don’t know” I say she should of at least tried to help or look up hours of operation. Definitely lacked customer service-

The hotel was a good value and the pool area looked like it would be fun but we didn’t use it as it was a bit cold out. The pool area has a bar and cabana like areas. Rooms facing the pool would probably be loud if it was busy.

Rooms could be better maintained, our bathroom needed to be re-caulked (mildew and cracks), bed light was broken.

hotel looks clean outside and in. room was clean and had great furniture and bed. bathroom looked recently remodeled. my girlfriend and I loved the sliding wood door/mirror into the bathroom. the outlets have usb plugs built in for easy phone/accessory recharging.

personal preference but the bed could be a little softer and so could the bed sheets.
