I was impressed with the unique and charming Spanish hacienda-style architecture. The modern interior of the room was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated the convenient wireless charger on the table. The location was great, with the ocean just a short 4-minute drive away and the surroundings were very peaceful. The hygiene supplies were also of high quality and added a touch of luxury to the stay.

The only downside was the price, which was on the higher side for my budget. However, given the location in California and the overall quality of the motel, this was understandable.

Everything was amazing I can't complain location was good it was 3 minutes from food 3 minutes from a store the bank was down the street a liquor store was down the way for refreshments they had some soft drinks in the office. I liked The fact that it looked like the picture online. Many places that we've stayed at look nothing like the picture. The room was clean the bed was huge The staff was amazing The rate for the room was awesome I got my deposit back right away that was the best thing most places take a few days to give it back but we got ours back immediately.

The pool in hot tub we're working but they closed earlier then most. That was probably the ONLY thing that was the slightest inconvenience but other than that every thing was great. We will be staying again SOON.

Loved the renovation work done. The room looked just like the pictures I viewed before booking. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I slept like a baby. There are no bed bugs. My room was located on the 2nd floor, at the corner, right across from the pool. Also, there’s a dispensary right across from the hotel. One might think there would be rowdy disturbances, but surprisingly all was quiet after 10pm. The A/C unit wasn’t loud. I kept it at 72 during the night. Perfect temperature while I slept.

The hotel didn’t offer breakfast during my stay due to renovation work being done. I was a little disappointed. No biggie. A microwave would have been a nice amenity in my room. The 2 trash cans in the room are relatively small. Medium would be more ideal. Everything appeared to be very clean, but the floor. My socks collected dirt and animal hair. If you allow guests to have pets, then the room should be properly cleaned thereafter. Some people are allergic to pet hair. The floors were so filthy, I had to trash 2 pairs of socks during my stay. Hopefully management will resolve this problem.

The office staff were very nice and quite accommodating (I needed an extra chair and they let me have a patio chair). Room was for handicap and was huge - especially nice since we had our dog with us. Room was quiet and clean with a small fridge and coffee. And the king sized bed was real comfortable.

It was quite cold outside and not enough bedding…no blanket….we had to wear clothes to bed. Would have liked a microwave as we bring our own breakfast but otherwise it was all good.

I like the the architect. it’s so pretty. The room that I got was simple and straightforward ( a nice comfy bed, a place to refresh and eat in peace)in which I like.

I stayed on a bottom room so I could hear footsteps and echoes from the room above me. It’s okay, it’s tolerable for me I understand the logic and materials to build such a structure. It’s something the building can’t change. it is what it is.

The beds were comfy size of room is great for me and my 2 kids. The amenities were great because we forgot our body wash. The location is great close to everything. I loved the mirrors and lighting. And check in was easy and fast.

I didn't like that I left a bag of brand new blouses I purchased with tags on them and when I called to maybe work something out to get them, back they were not found.

Easy access to food, regular neighborhood stores, and walking distance to about 7 dispensaries, including 1 next door with an armed guard! LOL! Room was big, nice design, and facilities were very clean & well kept. I was nervous to see a train track but never once heard a train, pretty quiet, but I wear earplugs and listen to ocean sounds while sleeping.

The room was exceptionally clean, large, comfortable, modern and recently remodeled. In addition, we found it to be a very affordable price and in a great location. Upon checking in, we walked to the coastline and took a stroll along the beach. Another thing we appreciated was the fact that the hotel is very close to a number of restaurants and stores.

Absolutely no complaints or dislikes from our end.

I was a bit skeptical about this hotel because the price was considerably lower than the surrounding competition. Upon arrival I found the hotel met, or exceeded, all expectations. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk personnel were very nice and efficient. I will return to this hotel any time I'm in the Oxnard / Channel Islands area.

it’s very accesible to everything. It’s a work/leisure- military couple and this was just literally a couple of blocks from the base and the stores are all around it.

we didn’t have any toiletries when we got to the hotel which was okay, we bought our own stuff but we expected the property would’ve have toiletries, other that that, the place was clean and the room was spacious.
