Shadow Mountain Resort & Club

It was our second time of stay in Shadow Mountain Resort & Club. And it was great! Our room was very clean, bed is comfortable, amazing swimming pool, huge balcony😁 It was so quiet and peaceful in the resort, it’s excellent place of stay for the couples and families! Swimming pool was very clean. Amazing Mountain View😍 Beautiful flowers around the swimming pool. We also enjoyed pool bar, very polite and friendly stuff, delicious cocktails 🍸The guy at the reception was also very friendly and professional. we had a wonderful vacation with my husband. We will definitely come back🤗

amazing tennis facilities and pro shop. they scheduled matches for me and my son to play doubles together against similar level players. clay courts, really nice courts and excellent tennis pros that run classes for all ages beginners to advanced. nice swimming pool. the AC is needing a tune up and sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but I slept on worse. room was very clean with everything you need in a kitchen. even a brita water filter, toaster, pans, etc…. great value mid week and absolutely incredible places to eat 4.5 and up 3 minutes down the street. friendly staff. i will definitely stay here again. very comfortable for family of 4 with 2 children in the studio. modern new decor, TV, and very friendly people staying there we met on site

the pro shop closed at 1:30 and the restaurant is closed from Monday afternoon until it opened on Thursday, but that was fine because of so many great choices of restaurants nearby

I loved the big pool. And the poolside service was great. Drinks were good. Studio was nice. Needed to be a little more updated. Shower was amazing and big.

To our surprise it was a 2 bedroom townhouse which was very well kept, huge & cozy. The deck was huge for a nice family barbecue. The pool was amazing & bar service from Javier on his skateboard was pretty accommodating. Best part, it's walking distance to shops & restaurants. It was too hot in August but we'll be back when it's much cooler.

The paintings of people on the walls were a bit freaky looking. We thought they were all looking at us while we watched tv. 😆 Sorry our taste for art might be a bit different.

The pool was amazing! Amazing pool bar , specifically Christina and Javier…..

The only things that could have been better: 1. Super uncomfortable mattress 2. Air conditioning never got the temp below 75! Really hard to sleep when it’s that hot in the room!

very clean, quiet and a fantastic location right on the grass next to the pool. it enabled us to have such a relaxing time. The house was also cool and beds were comfy

it could have more kitchen items - larger plastic platters and more bowls for entertaining.

loved the large pool & spa, loved the restaurant on site, front desk staff were extremely helpful, great location near lots of places to eat etc.. and room was good sized, quiet

little hard finding lobby and room since we arrived after dark; otherwise, no complaints about anything

The concept! Every room rented has a different vibe and the property is clean (important to us), secure, and the staff are great. Enjoyed the pool, the drinks were good and not pricey. The server delivers them while riding a skateboard...very talented. Inquire the front desk about the variety of rooms.

Unfortunately, the restaurant and spa were closed due to the pandemic but because the resort is located in the middle of El Paseo shopping district, other options are limitless.

Would give it a 12 out of 10 if it was possible!! The Pool, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, Hot Tub, Basketball Net was in top condition!! Loved the Room, Beds and Kitchen !!

Loved everything!!

The property was great we stood in a 2 bedroom condo which was very spacious living room had a view to the golf course and 1 of the rooms had a view to the smaller pool which was only about 30 feet from our door. The big pool was amazing we ordered drinks and snacks while we were there. We also rented a grill that was brought up to our patio. We used the tennis courts and basketball court. The property is gated you need a code or get buzzed in by receptionist.
