only strange detail is the restaurant does not do room service. even though the phone has a direct line. and the tv hotel services states it ?? they will prepare the meal but then you have to pick it up in the bags they use ?? defies the logic of room service. not wanting to Dress to go to the restaurants. ??

Great location, new, hip, sleek & modern . Dog Friendly! Gym, spa, pool , jacuzzi & games. Restaurant & bar. Covered parking w/ free valet!

Needs a dog relief area. Yoga offered but no one ever came to teach. Gym needs more weight machines.

My view lol But once I looked past the garage rail, the Palm Springs Trees & Mountains are Amazing.

The restaurant didn’t open until 10:00 am and we were hoping to eat earlier.

Excellent! Pros: soft sateen feel bedding (real bedding like at home), actual comforter in a duvet, real mattress (like at home), updated desk, console, awesome thermostat...none of that window AC. Bathroom brand new like, excellent flooring, marble like surfaces, great faucets, super big walk in shower, giant showerhead without any clogs. The shower was squeaky clean. I took a damp white washcloth and rubbed all over the bottom of the shower....not a hint of dirt. Service impeccable except for the check in girl. She got an attitude when I wanted to switch to a pool view....just do it with a smile next time, please. Rest of staff were either friendly and extremely professional or friendly and treated me like family. Other guests are well to do families or couples. Soundproofing in room was excellent and I am extremely picky. Valet employees sweet and go the extra mile to treat guests well. They park your car in an underground garage. Lobby, grounds etc extremely clean....shiny and awesome.

There isn't anything that I didn't like! However, if you are staying there in April 2021 keep in mind we still have some limitations due to the pandemic. If you want to eat at a restaurant across the street see if you can make a reservation or be prepared to wait 15-45min for a table.

Overall cleanliness, amenities available, helpful and nice staff. Valet is included in the destination fee and a QR code was used to alert valet fast to get car ready. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants.

I was only in Palm Desert one night but would stay here again without hesitation. The room was lovely, the staff was helpful and the location was A+. Loved it and will be back!
