The room was very spacious and clean. The AC worked really well. The bathroom was a nice size, too, with shampoo and conditioner strapped to the wall, as well as bar soaps and lotion. The Fitness Center has an elliptical, a bike, free weights and a treadmill. There is also a small business center and laundry room. I was impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene taken with the Breakfast selection. The coffee cups were indiividuallly sealed, the fruits were wrapped individually. There is a nice selection of cold cereals, fresh juices, breads and muffins. Also a waffle iron. While we were there, the housekeepers deep cleaned the carpets in the corridor. Checking in and checking out was quick and efficient. There is also a gate to the guest parking which provides much needed security in this area. This hotel is also convenient to many good eateries and activities.

This downtown area is not the best area in Sacramento with many homeless millng around, lying on the sidewalk or just hanging around outside.

Breakfast was as good as any continental breakfast can be. Happy it was included. Location was great being so close to Old Sacramento.

Walls are pretty thin, I could hear everything in the hallway. The gate for the parking lot is nice but kind of not sure why there’s a large open pedestrian access on the side

The staff was fabulous. The room was clean and spacious. Nena’s Mexican restaurant is a block away. Gas and convenience store is right next door. It’s right on the 5.

Sadly the location is a bit shady. We felt ok watching around outside during the day but I wouldn’t walk around at night.

Was there for a Rave at the Railyards. It was close by. Parking area was gated.

Homeless was everywhere. The couch had some stains on it. The front desk attendant was a little blunt. Didn't look like he wanted to be there. Can hear out in the hallway. Cable was spotty.

Dray was very helpful and personable. Room was immaculate. Waffles were good and dining staff too. Need to put a sign by the cereal indicating when and where to put their bowls, thus people won't waste so much cereal. Nice big "mini" fridge. Great location close to Old Sacramento. Next to a river walk, but felt a little uncomfortable with homeless around

Weekend rate too high. Motel 6 is 78/night (senior rate) so I moved over there. Was not notified of the 177.00 per night weekend rate

The staff were phenomenally kind. Bathtub was clean and very helpful.

Parking was a bit tight. The hot tub was outta commission, and the weather was too cool, unseasonably, for us to use the pool.

I love the Bathtub it's Deeper and a little bit bigger than most! The Customer service & Staff are always Very respectful polite and nice and very friendly and always trying to help make her stay better!

The last time I Stayed the only thing I did not like is that the hot tub didn't work!

the breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the clean rooms and all the amenities. the channel lineup was excellent. the ac in the rooms cool and heats wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to get all my work done with the desk they provide and there’s lots of outlets to charge my electronics. the shower pressure is perfect not to hard and not to soft. Each tile I stay here I’m very pleased. The rooms are extremely clean. feels safe to stay here knowing that the staff are here all the time watching out.

Complimentary parking secured behind a gate and near enough to food options in west Sacramento. The breakfast was well stocked with different options.
