Location was good but maybe meet next time like sausage or bacon and the eggs I just happened to catch and ask about it because I never knew that you guys served it because I would come in at 8:00 and I guess people had already ate so I think attentionize more how many people you have in the place or something so that way until 8:30 you can get food that you got early in the morning cuz I was told you got to get there early to get the eggs and I think that's kind of unfair the staff was beautiful and very cooperative also when I had a complaint they actually acknowledged it and you find that rarely people do that

Just wanted the staff members but I mention that in the top other than that perfect

The room was mostly clean and all amenities wore in working order and clean. Love the shampoo/conditioner /body wash dispensers in the shower. I take staff was super friendly. Outgoing staff was rude, insulting and unhelpful. All tons? It’s a great value and pretty clean. We’ll stay again for sure.

The rude girl at the counter who wouldn’t stop texting. People staying there who hang out in the lot and smoke even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. Also there are a lot of threatening homeless outside the property but that’s everywhere here these days. They are NOT inside the gate and that’s great.

Breakfast was good, location to discovery park is excellent. The room was nice. Staff is very friendly. Extra security during the event is great. I did see improvements being made during my stay. All around a pleasant stay.

The property that the motel sits on is not very clean. Lots of trash, debris, and unknown liquids. I understand it can be difficult with the amount of homeless people in the area but I feel there should be more effort to keep the property clean and free of vagrants. Also multiple holes in the perimeter fence of the property.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious and in a great location for us. We really liked that there was shampoo and body wash and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cable T.V. offers a lot of channels, very entertaining. The breakfast alone is 1 reason among many others that we will be returning. The swimming pool was great, I enjoy swimming laps, health is wealth and swimming is 1 of my favorite ways to get my cardio in. Not mention the gym they have with the tread mill and other exercise equipment. Thank you. We look forward to staying with you again.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

The morning breakfast was a full variety of things and the time allowed to eat was perfect very clean breakfast area staff was a little pushy and rushed to clean up breakfast right at time stated that it ended

The juices were warm and not cold and even if you were in the building for breakfast at 9:00 is when breakfast ended so the waffle makers were turned off by staff at 9:00 no matter if you are already in the building for breakfast that was a little frustrating

First time at this location. The guy on duty when arrived was very nice and helpful. Seems like a good guy. Breakfast was delicious!!!! I want to shout out the lady who was cleaning up after all the kids and adults alike spilling syrup all over the floors. She was very attentive to the messes and on point when it came to refilling the waffle batter, breads and juices. It was just her alone and she did very well so thank you to her!!!!

I did not like all the homeless outside but that is normal so I guess I can’t be mad.

Wonderful front desk service when we arrived - good communication and focus on making sure everything was in good order. Also, for families with young children, the Museum of Science and Curiousity is just down the street with exhibits, theater, and a lovely snack bar.

The property is rundown but we could see efforts were being made to make improvements. It was extremely clean and that was most important for us as was the affordable price. We prefer clean and affordable to "up-to-date" so a little rundown is not a negative for us.

My husband and I stayed one night in the suite, the next in a room. This facility was very accommodating. The property is well kept and the rooms exceeded my expectations. Fast food, restaurants and gas stations are in walking distance.

There is not a designated smoking area on the grounds. Non-smoking room facilities usually have an area in the parking lot where you can smoke. This would also assist with miscellaneous cigarette butts on the ground & people smoking in the rooms setting off the fire alarms.

Clean quiet near to downtown .

I called twice to verify that I could pay The $100 deposit in cash and get it back in the morning and the two people assured me that I could . The second one I spoke with an hour before arrival stated that he would tell the desk folks it was ok . They refused to accept if and as the room was paid for and not refundable I was forced to put the deposit on a card . I was told it would be released immediately when I checked out. 12 hours later i don’t have it. I know that it is possible as Hilton has the money back in my bank within minutes of checking out . Sometimes less than a minute. It was a huge inconvenience to not get my money as promised . Also they are La Quinta

I had an issue with the date through Booking application and the hotel, the Manager was able to help me and resolve the situation in a quickly manner in 24 hours. Room was super clean, comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. I will be coming back next year, it's a really good choice.

Probably maintain the most real time changes and updates through third party services such as Booking to be aware about any arising situations and be able to address them.
