The room with its color scheme and furnitures. Inside the room was clean. Great view at night.

Guests who put out their bags (and bags) of trash along the hallways. That we were expecting to be able to park in the hotel parking garage but was surprised and disappointed that we were asked to go and find a parking space by ourselves outside the hotel (no space available). I was thinking that since we were checked in, parking wouldn't be a problem (one of the reasons we booked into a hotel).

Exceptional service; ideally located walking distance to Old town and Golden 1 center. Safely located and very convenient. Everything you need was within the hotel as well. Restaurant, Bar,Gym and Pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep us the amazing service 👏🏼

Had a bit of an issue when checking in was told a difference rate from what I had previously been quoted. I was able to talk to customer service where it was corrected and resolved. Much appreciated.

The location was perfect for my family and I! We found lots of things to do that were walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I’d say beds could me more comfortable. We were on the third floor and our room was overlooking the street so I had some trouble sleeping because I could here the cars driving by. Wish we could’ve gotten a river view. Other than that, everything was great!

How wonderful the rooms were and the cleanliness typed with the great food.

Whatvi didn't like was the fact that I didn't feel safe the hole time I was thier I had somebody throwing rocks sticks and everything else at my bedroom window and they sent so called security even though I told them be was security wouldn't ho overto the area he just said he didn't see nobody but police made him leave though only for a minute he ame back a d kept doing b g the same thing and the hotel was really rude with trying to find a solution was the worst stay and most scariest I've ever had I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the sake of uoursafety and gour family's cause the staff wo t protect or eve. Try to. Help you with keeping you safe and feeling so in your room I feel I deserve to be refunded partial payment or something

Free breakfast buffet every morning and super nice and friendly workers

I booked a riverfront view room and did not get it because they were completely booked for the day which made no sense because I booked the room at least 3 weeks in advanced and one room should’ve been reserved for me. Another thing was having to wait long to get our car back from valet since there’s only one worker in the morning. Paying $35/day for valet, they should have more workers and it should be 24 hours.

Spacious and clean room. Front desk, valet parking and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t visit the happy hour because our short stay. Breakfast was included and next level! Really a 10+ and the best we had have in the USA so far. Beautiful river view and next to Old Town. Awesome stay!

Maybe a little bit too warm in our room. AC didn’t work well.

Breakfast was fabulous and so nice to get a good start to the day without worrying about finding a restaurant.

Water pressure in the shower was atrocious, barely enough to wash my hair and I have a flattop haircut. Traffic noise across bridge at night was loud, it was like people were racing.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food to choose from. It also ends later on the weekends! Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool is a great amenity year-round. Gym looked well supplied.

Only valet parking on-side, which is not open 24 hours. If you get there late, you can't park on-site and have to go across the street to another parking garage with questionable people around.

Happy hour. Really yummy pita bread and delicious hummus. Good drinks. Nice pool a little too cool. Great elevators no waiting. Beautiful room. Nice bed with good pillows. Overall gorgeous hotel.

That the spa was empty so we could warm up after using the too cool pool.

the suite accommodations are excellent- very spacious and comfortable. The complimentary full breakfast options in the dining room on ground level was restaurant quality

my only bummer was trying to get ice for room. walked the whole floor only to find machine was empty
