Being near downtown sac had me skeptical of this place. It's located in a quiet little pocket. No homelessness or sketchy people in sight. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great hot breakfast with large variety. If we had to stay in sac again it would be here. Price was high but feeling safe was worth it. Bed was most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. Room was nice and clean. Simple but we weren't looking for fancy, just close to our event.

Price is high considering location and style of hotel. Parking costs money, which should be included in room price.

Didn't like the fact we had to pay for parking at hotel. Website listed parking for 7.50 and we were charged 10 to park at the hotel. With the price of the room, parking should be included. Seems like this is just another way to extract more money for room.

Everything from arrival forward was top notch. The Covid safety cautions were very well adhered to and so welcome. Breakfast was better than expected, and I LOVED that the salsa was right next to the boiled eggs. Healthy options were available, like turkey breakfast sausage and the fresh fruit really was fresh. Most important was how courteous staff and other guests were in mask wearing, social distancing and just being considerate and friendly.

The location is near the freeway, but inside the rooms, that wasn't even noticeable. Everything else was golden.

The room was large, clean and cool. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at hotels. The front desk clerk was friendly and even let us check in early. The location was perfect for getting to the mall and downtown for the concert.

If I had one thing to say, it would be that there weren't enough towels at the pool for all 4 of us. So in the overall experience nothing was bad!

The hotel had a great breakfast, with fresh fruit, eggs and coffee. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Quiet in the evening.

The place was a little worn around the edges, with black mold growing from behind the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

It was wonderful to have real scrambled eggs for breakfast! There was a nice selection for breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, breads, juices, and even cheese sticks. The room was quiet and larger than most queen sized rooms with 2 queen beds.

We had hoped to get a hotel closer to the airport; nevertheless, since we didn't need to be to the airport until 1030 we didn't encounter any rush hour traffic on the city streets or freeway. So the 10 mile drive wasn't bad at all.

everything was clean and comfortable. more amenities than we needed. the breakfast had everything from eggs, bacon, assorted breads, waffles, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, delicious coffee. so happy with the choice of staying here.

Check in was quick. Parking spot to the room was very convenient. Breakfast was awesome!

There were very less number of plug points for phone/watches/ipads to charge. There was no microwave.

The breakfast was yummy and perfect for my daughter with gluten and dairy issues. It offered many options such as bacon, turkey sausage patties, eggs, fruit and carb choices such as oatmeal, bagels, and poppy seed bread. We forgot food in the refrigerator and, when we returned to get it a few minutes later, the friendly staff created a new card for us to run in and grab it.

The bathtub faucet dripped.

Great friendly staff at front desk and breakfast. Very nice breakfast.thanks for having hot water available 24/7.

We missed a microwave in the room but we're happy to find that we could use the microwave in the breakfast area
