This was a great location to walk to the Cal Expo area for a Sac Republic match and brewfest and save the cost of a ride. We didn’t walk back after dark, but the daylight trip was an easy 10 minutes or so. The A/C initially wasn’t working for us, but we called the front desk, and someone came right away and adjusted something to get it working. We slept in and can’t comment on the breakfast, since we skipped that.

Someone knocked on our door before checkout (about an hour before it), and it made us feel pressured to get out the door immediately.

The room was spacious; the bedding was comfortable; everything was nice and clean; the breakfast was great; the employees were friendly and helpful; the WiFi and television worked great and in summary, staying there was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely consider staying there if we visit Sacramento in the future and will also be recommending it.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk (Brandi) gave excellent customer service. The morning front desk personnel was very courteous as well. Breakfast was decent.

Didn't know about the parking fee of $10 or $250 for incidentals until the day I checked in. Very surprised to get that information on the day of check-in. Will definitely come again.

Being near downtown sac had me skeptical of this place. It's located in a quiet little pocket. No homelessness or sketchy people in sight. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great hot breakfast with large variety. If we had to stay in sac again it would be here. Price was high but feeling safe was worth it. Bed was most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. Room was nice and clean. Simple but we weren't looking for fancy, just close to our event.

Price is high considering location and style of hotel. Parking costs money, which should be included in room price.

Decor is a bit dated. No charging ports on bedside lamps. An absolute must these days.

Our room was nice and clean we had a great stay our beds were comfortable . We had a Nice and peaceful stay . Breakfast was awesome there was many breakfast items to chose from.

I noticed that there was pets allowed (dogs) luckily our room was not close to us because someone’s dog kept barking.

Didn't like the fact we had to pay for parking at hotel. Website listed parking for 7.50 and we were charged 10 to park at the hotel. With the price of the room, parking should be included. Seems like this is just another way to extract more money for room.

The hotel had a great breakfast, with fresh fruit, eggs and coffee. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Quiet in the evening.

The place was a little worn around the edges, with black mold growing from behind the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

The room was large, clean and cool. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at hotels. The front desk clerk was friendly and even let us check in early. The location was perfect for getting to the mall and downtown for the concert.

If I had one thing to say, it would be that there weren't enough towels at the pool for all 4 of us. So in the overall experience nothing was bad!

I was greeted right. Asked if I could have a room close to the front desk, I was accommodated. Checking out was super easy and again, staff then was just as welcoming.
