Stayed for California International Marathon. I liked: 1) location where the official CIM shuttle buses to/from the start/goal come right next to the premise. 2) parking lots located adjacent to the rooms so it's very convenient to load/unload the bags. 3) bed which is very comfy and help relax at night before the race. 4) simple breakfast and coffee available from 4am to 5am (which is shuttle bus pickup time) for the runners.

Told the front desk that the draining plug in the tab was missing, but no one came to solve it. As a result, I wasn't able to soak my body in a bath in the evening before the marathon.

The Bistro has fantastic food made to order. The staff is amazing. All of the staff was helpful and kind. The bed was super comfortable. The room has a coffee maker, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The room was clean. They have a market as well which was helpful as I didn't have a car to travel to get snacks for the room.

The rooms had a funny musty smell. I switched rooms when I first got there and found that each of the rooms smelled musty.

we were told about breakfast was behind bistro. but when we started to serve ourselves staff told us it was only for a certain group and we needed a a pass. so we were not suppose to be there . but staff person was very nice about it so we ate what little we had on our plate an left.

The location was great, right near Cal Expo. The facilities were very clean and extremely comfortable. The amenities were indulgent. There was a pool, spa, gym, restaurant and snack marketplace all available to fill any need. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

housekeeping did not clean my room for four days empty trash. They also did not change the linens which was all right but they didn’t make the bed.

Fast check in, clean, restaurant staff super friendly. We booked 2 rooms and they were spacious and clean. Starbucks in the hotel, YES.

Starbucks in the hotel didn't open until 8am on a Sunday. We checked out at 6:45am and was excited to get coffee and breakfast, but it as closed. I was not the only one who was disappointed when we walked up. Not a deal killer at all.

Close to shopping Center and daughter’s home.

Only food was Starbucks. Really expensive and not very good.

The location was a little out of the way for the area I did most of my activity in, but easy enough to travel between location. I liked the free parking . Did not use the restaurant this trip. The hotel was more quiet this time around.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

There is not much around in terms of walking distance, so you would need to uber or uber eats to get food.

It was quiet and, all though I didn't get to have any due to having to leave early, I liked that they offered breakfast.

Guests smoking marijuana down the hall. The smell traveled from one side of the hall, down to the other. Thankfully, not into the room, but as soon as you walked out the room you got hit with the smell from all the way down the hall. There was also a "new" towel that looked like it had been used. It had light red marks on it and there were one or two pieces of hair on the floor of the bathroom, as if pubic.
