The location is close to i5. The breakfast was good. I like having in room coffee and the lobby coffee was good.

I was shocked by the 125.00 pet fee For one evening. The bed sheets were extremely wrinkled and there was animal hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter. So wasn't feeling the bed was newly made or clean. So I took the sheets off and the mattress pad had stains on it. Yuck.

Prime location for what we were in town for - about 10 min from the Ace of Spades and roughly the same amount of time to the Sac Waterfront.

Everything was truly great. The only tiniest complaint I have is the amount of pet hair/human hair in the extra set of bedding we got from the front lobby. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and it didn’t ruin our trip at all. It wasn’t horrible and we plan on staying again when we go to Sacramento, so again, just a tiny complaint.

I liked all the amenities beyond a standard hotel room, like the kitchen sink, couch, and dining table. People could actually live in these rooms. It's basically like renting a studio apartment.

The hallways were strangely warm. My other comments are design related and not easily changed like I wish the beds were queen sized instead of full, that there was no carpeting in the rooms, that the TP holder was mounted in a better location, and that the TVs could show Netflix. I did also question the necessity of the sink garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Great staff, good breakfast, clean room with lots of space. Catered well to everyone who came to town for the marathon. My favorite thing was the blackout curtains - they completely block light into the room and made for a great rest.

Location was a little bit out of the way, but that did keep things quiet at night.

Everything was good. Location was downtown downtown. But other than that everything was great. Staff was friendly, free breakfast was actually good and the room was spacious. Pool was awesome. Staff was very polite, respectful and helpful.

No daily room service advised due to covid! Had to ask for clean towels and they only changed 2 not all towels that had been used. Bins not emptied when left outside other rooms. Location isn’t the best.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to Rivercats game. Layout of room was great, with a little kitchen area, a small living room space and a bed and bath area.

Since the hotel was only opened about 2 weeks ago, there were a few minor kinks. Specifically, the pool isn't open yet. Other minor things: the fridge was not plugged in, the mattress was still wrapped in plastic and the bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder.

Location was near the freeway

I noticed it was near some older hotels but property was still great 👍🏼 I used google maps and it was throwing me off a couple of times. Sucks when you’re coming back from an event 4am in the morning.

The breakfast was fine, but was completely do-it-yourself (as I recall). The room was neat, spacious and clean.

The bed was narrower than our queen size bed at home. Billing for this stay was complicated and had to be worked out after we got home.

I did not make it to breakfast not really a breakfast eater i loved how clean it was and stayed clean the staff was nice and were great greeter's it was simple and easy to adapt to.

the only thing that could have been better would have been more of a selection on the tv.
