The staff was the best aspect of this location. I also enjoyed the corner room with bay view. The room was high quality, clean, and amazing views. However staff was still my favorite by far. Jorge, one of the lobby staff, was very friendly, accommodating, and had very good rapport building skills. Cleaning staff on the 42nd floor was very attentive, worked around our schedule, and had a great attention to detail.

The only thing I didn’t like was the outlets in one side of the bed wasn’t functioning.

Driving through San Francisco isn’t easy. Getting to the Four Seasons Embarcadero is easy to do. Make sure you don’t accidentally go to the other Four Seasons also in San Francisco because it’s not easy to get to as it was to the Embarcadero location in the Business District. Everything was top notch at the hotel. Paying extra for the views is worth it. Seriously, never turned on the television while there.

I was told that it’s the second tallest building in the city and we were on the second from the top level. My wife didn’t enjoy the elevator but I didn’t mind it. Same as any other high rise elevator but be aware that it’s quick.

Team at Embarcadero FS have really gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. They have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and even making last minute changes to get us a room when we got snowed in in Tahoe and couldn’t make it back on time. Concierge and the porters team - you really are a wonderful and friendly bunch! Michael, Alex, Mike, Eduardo … I know there were more of you who helped us so much, it’s been a while and we can’t recall all of your names!

PS: it would’ve been great if the main restaurant was open to have less in room dining :)

The service room , the food tasty . The staff very professional and helpful.

Fourseason supposed to be luxury line , but this one is not same category as other four seasons , medium range , price is very expensive comparing to the value

We had a wonderful experience here..staff were so friendly and room was beautiful. If we are in San Francisco again we will definitely be back!

A pool would be great!

Location was great, view from the room was amazing, and the hotel had a town car that took us to our dinner destinations. We asked for board games and had them in great condition. Overall a great experience.

I wish this hotel had a great restaurant located within it.

Kickass views! No other hotel in SanFran has both stunning rooms and superb Four Seasons service. Like floating in a cloud over the city.

Great location for all things business. Modern, well designed rooms with amazing views of SF & the Bay.

Could add a few more on site food options. But then again its in the middle of downtown.
