We especially loved the BATHROOM! Very clean and good size, nice hot shower, nice big counter, PLENTY OF TOWELS!! We appreciated having a rack to hang clothes , a microwave and a refrigerator. The ‘fridge was already plugged in for us ready to go and the freezer was plenty cold! The room was a good size, the beds were good and the TV worked well. The weather was cold so I asked a housekeeper if I could have an extra blanket. She was very friendly and quickly gave me a nice big plushy warm blanket! We also like the Spanish decor outside and the location, close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. We thought the price was excellent for Santa Barbara. This is our second stay at the Oasis Inn and we will stay there again!

We were always able to find a parking spot, but the parking area is really tight and a bit difficult to maneuver in and out of parking spaces.

As soon as I arrived the young man, named Ryan was very pleasant, answered all of my questions, and provided great customer service. I at first couldn't find my room even though Ryan explained it to me, I was mentally tired from, long road trip. Yeah, I had an airhead moment. Lol... So I asked a Housekeeper, and one of the ladies walked me to my room and showed me where it was at. So wonderful of her to put the customer first, and since my room was hidden in a corner pocket and was in a very dark area, I didn't feel safe at first, but as soon as I informed the front desk, Ryan, he immediately made me feel safe by turning the outside light on and reassured me that if I needed anything else for me to let them know. Ryan and the Housekeeper, are true and refreshingly professionals. The next morning the young lady at the front desk was also very kind. Overall, I had a great experience and pleasant stay at Oasis Inn and Suites. For it just being a motel, this place, definitely had 5-star hotel service and a comfortable stay. Oasis Inn and Suites have become my first choice of where to stay for all of my future business trips in Santa Barbara.

I didn't like that my room was in a dark corner at first, but after the front desk turned the light on and reassured me I was safe, it stopped being an issue for me.

cute, cozy, 99% clean, just some marks in the corners and on the paint that probably get overlooked depending on the light and time of day, the beds, kitchenette, bathroom tub desk, and bedside desks. We’re all exceptionally clean and functional inconvenient. I would stay here again every chance I get.

nothing, everything was great, Ryan, at the counter was fantastic, communicative, helpful, and, like I said, just some extensive cleaning needs to be done by somebody who doesn’t see the rooms every day. on all surfaces, and at all appearances, the place is spotless! I’m a clean freak, and I’ll be at my house has the same thing if somebody came in he wasn’t familiar with it…

Very courteous service; staff was very prompt with a request to move to another room due to super loud guests in floor above. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice garden setting and pool although it was too cold during our stay to go in. Right across street from Loreto Plaza with Gelsons and Reynauds Bakery, lots of eateries nearby too. Location is safe and convenient, being on Upper State St.

it could use a little updating.

We always try and stay in the cottages on the property, They are quaint, clean and feel like home. They are away from the street noise and feel like a separate unit. We have stayed there several times and will continue to book there.

No breaksfast on the property but you are surrounded by many different places to dine. There is an Italian restaurant accross the street that serves great Italian cuisine. For incidentals there is a 7 Eleven very close and Grocery stores as well.

I liked the parking right in front of our room. Resturants across the street more resturants all in walking distance. So it's not the Ritz, but it has a pool, sitting areas, free coffee, big clean rooms and clean baths. Comfortable beds. Cable t.v, easy check in and out. Ryan was great and helpful. If you need a responsibly priced place to lay your head down and shower this is it. The only small issue is it a little further out from the main drag on state street but if your driving it shouldn't be a big problem. Hope this helps, Will.

It's not sound proof, so you hear people comming and going, I was awakened a couple of time with people talking as they were leaving and starting g there cars early morning.

Everything was good. I have stayed here before and will not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

I could tell that the room was clean when I entered, which was appreciated. I could tell because there was the smell of cleaners. I felt it was a bit strong, so I left my door open for a bit to air it out. It would be helpful to know the wi-fi code upon checkin. I had to go back to the office to request it. Thank you.

Loved its location to everything!!! The Hotel was just a few minutes away from many local attractions. Price was affordably great especially with its proximity to local attractions. A shopping center directly across the street from the hotel had a grocery, restaurants and places to shop was so convenient and helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice gathering areas around the pool that had seating, mostly shaded, had a bbq grill as well. Great for relaxing outside. Overall it's a great quaint hotel that provides good quality comfort with excellent location at a great affordable price.

The chairs in the room were a bit worn out. The seat part was sunken in and it felt like your were going to fall thru the seat. A little bit noisy at times during the night due to room proximity to the busy street side. Parking was slim. My car was damaged by a another car getting out of a parking space. Only one handicap parking space.

very accommodating and comfortable. it was clean and had a attached kitchenette with full sized cute red retro fridge and sink etc. it was an actual small and complete kitchen which was so nice in the morning when we were all rushing to get ready for the graduation ceremony at UCSB.

The parking was a bit tight but not terrible. Nothing negative to report about the property or the staff to be honest.

We stayed in one of the garden rooms. It was very clean and quiet which was great. I also thought the bathroom colors and tiles were a very fun/cheerful choice. We also liked going to breakfast at the Farmer Boy restaurant which was just a walk across the street and a great breakfast. We came for a family party and so we didn't spend much time at the Oasis Inn, but it would be nice to come back another time and walk around the area a bit more.
