The price is much lower than the lodging at Yosemite and the overall quality of the place is worth its price. Sonora is a cute little town with good food and beautiful streets. The staff is supportive there though they don’t have a lot of hands, which is quite normal at a small place. They newly renovated the bathroom so it’s spacious and new.

The bathroom door will lock you outside if you happen to close the door with the lock button turned on. So, we had to find the staff for help. And the air conditioner is extremely loud. We had to turn it to eco mode otherwise it will continuously making loud noises. And the breakfast room is kind of small so it’s very crowded after 8am (though they just newly renovated it).

The location was perfect for shopping or dining within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean and nicely appointed with modern style considering this is an older property.

Parking was limited and at a premium. The A/C unit sounds like a jet engine. The TV channel selection is lacking. The mattress was too stiff and the pillows too thin and soft. The layout of the bathroom was oddly arranged, you need to be double jointed to reach the toilet paper. The front facing rooms hear a lot of traffic noise, I don’t think anyone in Sonora has a muffler on their vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yosemite Heritage Inn from May 8th to May 13th, 2023. The staff at Yosemite Heritage Inn deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the minute I arrived. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating and provided me an upgraded room. Parking facilities was superb and It made getting to and from the inn a breeze, allowing me to focus on enjoying my stay in Yosemite. Also appreciate the breakfast on the go that is provided. Considering the price, I found it to be good enough and satisfied my basic needs but I feel there is still room for improvement. I'd also want to express my appreciation for your team's great communication and customer service. On the day of my departure, there was a festival in the town, which caused traffic restrictions in the area. I was pleasantly delighted when the staff proactively told me about the road closure because I had a flight from San Francisco that evening. Overall, my experience at the Yosemite Heritage Inn met my expectations. and I will definitely suggest it to friends, family, and fellow tourists who want to visit Yosemite.

Great location, two blocks from downtown Sonora. Very comfy clean room, that had a remote control room climate hand piece that set the thermostat temperature also……didn’t even need to get up from the bed to keep it real cozy all night. Even had an independent heater in the bathroom. Comfy beds, refrigerator and microwave….it had it all for a very good price. Will stay here again if we return to Sonora in the future. And I can’t say that about all the Best Western Hotels we’ve been staying at on this trip.

Nothing! This was a perfect room with everything.

The location was amazing. Very close to Yosemite, and the town Sonora is also very nice with great local shops and cafes and very nice people. The hotel was fantastic with super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and clean rooms.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but it would have been great to also have a hot water kettle to make tea. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely come back again.

My review may be a bit bias towards the positive spectrum, as we were given an upgraded to the jacuzzi room at not cost. (The listing in booking stated that we were to have a jacuzzi, but our room did not have one, so staff placed us in the appropriate room (says they must get with Booking to resolve). Very nice facility, in quiet town. Facility is well kept. Breakfast is ok, muffins fresh fruit and the like.

The front desk ladies are super nice. Location is wonderful if you travel from San Francisco to Yosemite. Free breakfast in the newly remodeled breakfast room is very nice. Hotel price is good.

Hairdryer was not working. It was not a big deal though the front desk lady gave us a working one after we ask. She even gave us four bottles of water because we were so thirsty after a whole day hiking.

Staff were friendly and helpful on check in. The room itself was a good size and had clearly been updated in areas. Everything was clean and well stocked with all you required. The location was great, an easy walk to shops and restaurants in main part of town. Parking was free and if you parked round the back meant that you didn't have to carry cases upstairs for the 2nd and 3rd floors. A small grab bag breakfast was also provided which was great.

Remodeled and clean. Was able to get to the 3rd floor by parking in the back and didn’t need to climb stairs. They had a free enhanced continental breakfast.

The air conditioning was very noisy. The lamp and tv were unplugged and we had to move the table to reach behind the refrigerator to get them plugged back in. The pump soap bottle in the shower was missing and they didn’t give a bar of soap for the shower.

The facility was pleasant, the office staff was Po light and delightful,

I was pretty upset that the morning breakfast wasn’t set up on time, (7:45am) there was no butter to accompany the cold waffles and no syrup, I would have thought after 90 minutes that they would have had the food and accommodations set out ready to go. The morning selection was not a lot,
