Loved complimentary infused water in lobby, as it was so hot. Also the 2 pools, especially the outdoor one - with trees around, nice setting. Also liked one young man on reception. He was always friendly and helpful. Location was good for mountain and city attractions and Wholefoods nearby great for food.

No complimentary coffee on lobby. Getting on the wi-fi for free was a real pain. It should have been easier like cheaper places make possible. I felt I paid a lot for the room given things like having to work and ask at lobby to understand how to get free WiFi!!

Disappointed with the continental breakfast. Got there 25 min before it closed. Not much food left. No hot water for tea. Oatmeal was cold.

The location was perfect for my trip. The room and facilities and services were very good.

Hotel did not provide a shuttle service to the airport. The Uber charges were in excess of $ 125.00. The food availability was almost non existant. The $ 23.00 breakfast, which closed at 9:00am, was a was a complete waste of time & money. There are no lunch options and forget about dinner.

This property was a great location just outside of Denver. Parking was easy and free. Staff were very helpful and gave some good local recommendations. microwave in common area was great to heat meals bought from local whole foods. Laundry was cheap and very convenient.

bed was too soft (just personal preference), wifi kept dropping out, big gap under door which lit up the room at night. I ended up putting a rolled up towel in the gap.

The location was the best. coming from Grand Junction it was within minutes of coming out of the mountains. WE also loved the shopping center across the highway.

As a former Safety and Life Safety Officer I noticed a fire extinguisher in the Laundry Room on the First Floor that was almost two years out of date for service. Also, I noticed a missing escutcheon plate on one of your fire sprinkler heads in the Bar area.

beautiful grounds and buildings, resort like, fast elevators, excellent facilities, great fast and friendly service

tub had slow drain so standing in ankle deep water by end of shower, no hot tub, mattress very worn and like a hammock, shower controls hard to operate and got burned by too hot water

Directly next to a great hiking spot. Views were beautiful. Clean. Quiet. Indoor Pool area was nice. French Fries from Bar were outstanding! A lot for $5! Staff super friendly and I was really comfortable coming and going for 4 days! Never felt uncomfortable!

I think outdoor pool with snow on it might be dangerous without signs or some barrier. I barely noticed it, when walking through.

Girls weekend getaway to Red Rocks and just rolled the dice for lodging. This place was amazing. Very clean, very friendly staff, brought my friend a fan as requested, changed our room to ground floor. Breakfast was very good, small selection but wonderful prepared and they packed it up so we could eat by the pool. The workout room was large and very well equiped the indoor pool was nice though we didn't use it and the outdoor pool was large with several seating areas included a fire pit lounge area. This hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The mall across 70 was convenient for extras we didn't pack.

It was a very good stay. Room was great 👍 Had drinks in the bar in the evening. Drinks and apps were good but wait staff sort of forgot about us.
