I left my coat at the hotel. I called the staff and they retrieved the coat and took care of it for 3 days.

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The breakfast offerings were more than expected! Staff was very nice & helpful especially the woman who worked mornings.

Room cleaning schedule. We weren't informed about it and we were disappointed after 2 days of no cleaning. We used all of our towels and when asked for more there was some hesitation but we did receive them. I suggest explaining the cleaning schedule at check in.

Good proximity - close enough to Boulder and Denver. Nice staff although they charged me 2x for the property and it wasn’t until my 4th attempt and talking with the 4th correspondent that my credit card refunded. It took about 5 days. All ended up well I. The end. Good breakfast and great stepping off point to Rad Rocks.

Clean, the breakfast was good and changed daily. The room we stayed in was large and roomy. We had plenty of space. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with!

Not the property’s problem but there were people staying that had racing cars that revved their car engines in the middle of the night. But again your close to the racetrack and it’s not the property’s fault.

We had a great stay. Definitely would stay again. And a great location if you’re going to a show at red rocks. It makes me keep writing sentences. It would not accept my original, which was, we had a great day.

I don’t like how the survey kept me having to have to write sentences. That’s not really fair. I don’t like having to think of more to say when I said what I wanted to say already. I also wish the pool was open all night. What does it matter if you’re free of liability with the signs you have put up. I really would’ve like to soak when I got back from the show at red rocks. I needed a soak.

It was very convenient to all the places that we needed to go the staff was very good they took care of all our needs the breakfast was really really good very clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator was broken it did not work the coffee maker was broken it did not work it put out cold coffee could not get the microwave to work and there was no soaps or lotions in the bathroom they were all empty.

Location is great! If you are attending a concert at Red Rocks this is a great place to stay. Only a fifteen minute drive to the venue. Lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby. Hot breakfast and coffee in the morning was nice and I liked how they had trays available so you can take the breakfast to your room. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. We had problems with our shower and they responded quickly to address the issue.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

excellent location to Red Rocks Amphitheater. friendly, attentive staff, great breakfast, fitness center, and parking. We did have to ask for several items, like a blow dryer, tissue, laundry bag, and toilet paper, but the staff promptly provided it.

It seemed pretty pricey for having to ask for so many items. We were not overusing; the items simply weren’t in the room (like the blow dryer), or they were in very limited supply. (Only about 10 tissues in the box. One role of toilet paper.)

Very friendly receptionist , a lady called Nita gave our stay here the magic touch! She greeted us warmly and gave us great advice where to eat -Lil Ricci's and visit -Morrison. The pool was an added bonus, location was great for Red Rocks concert. Nita is a real gem!

Spotless clean, service was good, facilities (fitness center, swimming pool), bed was very comfortable, various restaurants around, easy to park the car, Wifi was extra fast. All was perfect, way beyond my expectations.

Almost 300 USD per night is REALLY expensive, I don't understand that pricing! The breakfast was REALLY limited: not very tasty, not super good quality
