1) Clean rooms, similar to a prior visit, because I was issued the same room as a prior visit 2) Good showerhead with multiple water pressure 3) Breakfast availability, although what I prefer to eat is currently a limited selection, because of health concerns 4) Helpful staff at this location 5) High precision sink faucet is helpful 6) Close to other hotels nearby, and some other shopping 7) Within walking distance is an RTD station, (but 2022 hours indicate late-night unavailability between 11pm and 5am) 8) Near Marine memorial (within walking distance)

A) Some elevator tile issues (repair of a tile needed for one elevator) B) Seems not to have a business center, although signs indicate there is one (one can ask the front desk to print items, nevertheless) C) A common shuttle that brings guests to RTD stations would be helpful

Loved the *staff* !! The pool was great. Conventionally located for two red rocks concerts and Golden. Breakfast was good each day.

The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The closet and bathroom doors were off their tracks and couldn't close. The room was dark, and blinds were messed up.

Self serve with 1 attendant/chef. Lots of good breakfast choices.

No explanation about how to use dining room/kitchen area. One desk attendant spoke rudely and acted irretrable when a question was asked which was unacceptable. All others helpful and congenial.

Great hotel, looks better than in the pictures honestly! Breakfast was delicious, there was a waffle maker and the selection was alright for American standards. Our room was quite large and spotless. The staff was exceptionally friendly!

Bit out there, not really a great location if you want to do stuff without a car. We stayed there after visiting Red Rocks and for that, it was totally fine!

Breakfast was very good; food served at appropriate temperatures; something for all ages. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel in good location near many sightseeing area.

The front desk staff and kitchen were so amazing and nice! didn’t get to try the pool or hot tub which made me

sad. but the bathroom tub had weird things floating around I had to clean. the sink wouldn’t drain. and the pillows had a weird blue stain. which made me cringe and was gross. the soap wasn’t changed out and was already used. also, the lights were so dim. i felt like it was in a dungeon. sorry for the no caps. that was weird.

They didn’t have both of our rooms listed on the reservation. They seemed surprised that I needed two rooms and they needed to be adjoining. I had to show the confirmation for both. Know one likes that after a day of traveling. They did make it right. I really don’t like when the fitted sheet doesn’t fit on the mattress. I had to refit the sheet at least 4 times a night.

it was a great location. easy access to Golden, C-470, I-70, Boulder and downtown.

The extra charge for parking!! Really unnecessary; hotel isn’t downtown where parking is a premium!

Great location next to red rocks and biking! Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice.

The beds were a little hard but still pretty good.

The location was great because I had tickets to see Stevie Nicks at red rocks. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable!

Paying for parking was ridiculous.
