Everything about our two-night stay - from the clean and comfortable room, to the convenient parking, to Judy’s delectable breakfasts - left no doubt as to why you have received such raving reviews from prior guests. We felt welcome in your home and conversed at your table like we’d known you for years! You both certainly have a way of making your visitors feel welcome. Thank you especially for the accommodations you made for my wife’s gluten allergy also; we hope to see you again on a future visit!

The proprietors, Dennis and Judy, were awesome!! Our room was wonderful, with the bed being extremely comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, made by Judy. The aroma of the cooking breakfast rose up the stairs to our room, which made the stay extra special. The breakfast was enjoyable as we met two other guest couples and had a great time talking and learning of each other's lives, as much a could have been learned in the short time while consuming breakfast.

The house is a lovely, historic home with antique furnishings to match the time period. The upgrades to the home to make it a b&b were well done and don’t detract from the original architecture. It is close to downtown Golden and all the sights in the area. The breakfast was excellent and the Judy made accommodations for my food allergies. Both Dennis and Judy were kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts. The accommodations were comfortable with nice touches like Jolly Ranchers in the room, Jolly Rancher originated in Golden.

A friendly and welcoming B&B within walking distance of Golden's shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. The high spot of our stay was the breakfast, shared with other guests. The food was excellent, original, and beautifully presented. It was great to share this meal with the other guests and we all enjoyed getting to know each other.

We had to pay a little extra for the suite as this was the only room left when we booked. The suite was self-contained and separate from the house, with a microwave and a sink and fridge (none of which we actually needed) but the sleeping area was probably no bigger than a normal room.

Breakfast was home-cooked and delicious every day. We got to share the breakfast table with the BnB owners, who are the most lovely people. The rooms are cozy.

Nothing I didn't like. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste, but that is just my personal preference.

Charming B&B with a truly great breakfast at a common, elegantly appointed table of ten including the hosts and guests. The menu included stuffed French toast with sausage, delightfully light scones, and large slices of perfect watermelon with strawberries. The Victorian bedroom was very well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The location in an old neighborhood of Golden was perfect for a walk before breakfast.

It felt like home. Judy was amazing person to learn about. It was our last night 10 days trip in Colorado. We enjoyed our comfortable bed, nice lavender room, amazingly delicious home made breakfast and sweet demeanor of Judy and other guests. I think this house is true treasure of Golden. Highly recommend.

The breakfast and coffee were amazing both mornings. It was so nice to talk to people from all over the world over a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for our trip to Red Rocks for a concert as well as to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The owners were kind enough to allow us in a little early when we arrived earlier than planned. Easy parking.

Judy and Dennis are exceptional people. Every day, I felt like someone was there to send me off into the world and wish me a good day with coffee, awesome muffins, and a smile. I am looking forward to coming back and bringing the family.

The hosts were wonderful and the property was very clean and well maintained. Most of all, the breakfasts were fabulous.

The location was not optimal. Golden is a nice town, but the Silk Pincushion is on a busy street with a minimal view of the mountains. The room we were in was also pretty cramped with low ceilings.
