BEAUTIFUL LOCATION & STAFF OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE DOG Bella & all 3 of us loved this mini vacation It amazed me how v well Bella was during the entire vacation, she was the Good Will ambassador of Breck, and her duties & responsibilities must be handled immediately to keep me safe and those around us. What a blessing my little Bella continues to provide me, on duty 24-7. Our world is rebounding from COVID & other severe diseases, easily transmitted. Around the world we are still struggling to find & keep excellent staffing which you are doing such an EXCELLENT JOB! This will still arise like most businesses are finding. We stayed in King studio, ALL STAFF were amazing & handled our needs effortlessly and immediately. ALL AMENITIES TOP NOTCH, wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for EVERYTHING YOU HANDLE EFFORTLESSLY.

We experienced sporadic but v loud what sounded like hammer was whacking on pipes & we didn't sleep v well, then noise of people running down corridors or on PL level (which I didn't visit) caused me to call front desk again for noise issues. Your staff were exceptional. Hope to return to Breck as it's my fav town & not huge & w/heavy traffic. STAY STRONG! WE LOVE YOU!

The location was great. The amenities were too. Everyone we came in contact with at Gravity Haus was pleasant and extremely helpful. They even gave us a bag of dog treats, a dog bed and some dog bowls for our doodle dog Banjo. He enjoyed his stay as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Perfect location, super comfy bed, blackout shades, soundproof despite busy street location, quality of on-site food (loved the breakfast choices and quality).

Parking fee was a little high, bathroom was a bit small given generous size of the overall room.

Wonderful location in the heart of Breckinridge. Easy walk to Main Street and local restaurants. The decor was phenomenal and had a modern chalet style. There was a great gym and the Onsen style hot tubs were heavenly. Wish we had been able to try the restaurant but it was booked. Love that the hotel is eco-conscious and promotes reusable items.

Our view was of the outdoor trampoline which was a little bit of a let down. It was also quite noisy and people began using it at 8 am. I suggest asking for a mountain or city view if you are not an early riser. The mattresses were firmer than most hotels and were a bit uncomfortable.

I was walking distance from everywhere I was interested in going. I didn’t have to look far to find what I needed.

Almost everything - clean facilities, exceptionally helpful staff, great room, good food.

The onsen closed for maintenance while we were still there. More unfortunate timing than a real complaint. :)

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to Peak 9 and Main Street. They had ski/snowboard lockers that you could use during your stay as well as numerous other amenities. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I would absolutely stay again.

Location was great, easy to access downtown breckenridge

The room was a tight space for us- a couple, baby, and dog. We didn’t have individual space or any kitchen amenities that we need for our daughter.

The bathroom was a little small, but other than that, it was great!
