A little bit further from the airport than I realised, but the free shuttle service was great and it was perfect for a few nights stay before heading on to my next destination. This was my first experience of travelling alone and the staff were amazing, I felt safe and welcome and they really took care of me. The room was spacious and immaculately clean with very comfortable huge bed and wonderful views towards the mountains. Breakfast was a treat buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold options, including delicious porridge and fruit for this Scot travelling abroad. I also really appreciated the coffee on tap and the selection of hot complimentary drinks.

The room was very big and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was very functional as well. Overall, great place for a 1-night stay if you have an early flight the morning after. Staff was polite and available. Loved the shuttle service to the airport.

Breakfast was minimal and self-service, I expected something a bit cozier. Other than that, all good. Obviously not the ideal place to visit Denver, as the hotel is very well connected to the airport, but there’s nothing around there, just gas stations and fast food chains. But good option if you fly early in the morning!

The staff is always very friendly & accommodating. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and during check-in it was communicated while being handed my room key, the exit door nearest my room had a malfunction and it was not operating properly from outside the building (Not Unlocking). Great communication!! No surprises if I was to use that exit and knowing why I couldn't get back in was awesome. I was easily provided with extra coffee for my room, as my departure was quite early, even though there is the benefit of a 24-hour beverage station in the lobby. Clean and quiet rooms with everything one would need to enjoy their stay. I always enjoy my stay at Atwell Suites Tower Road Denver! Keep up the good work and I hope management takes care of those who take care of them!

Nothing. Everything was as I always expect. I hope the investors and people on the top of the food chain at IHG really do read some of the reviews posted. It'd also be nice if the big-wig investors realized an old saying my Pappy used to tell me: "Son, if you take care of your tools, your tools will take care of you." I've learned it to be true and my tools have paid me well. It applies to many aspects of life.

It's affordable, newish and the room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was friendly.

The hotel was fairly empty. I'd asked for a quiet room, yet somehow the hotel guests were all herded into one floor and wing of the hotel. We heard other guests tromping around and being loud in the hallway outside our door well into the wee hours of the morning. Also, the HVAC unit was obnoxiously loud and disrupted our sleep quite a bit. Finally, the shuttle experience from the airport was stressful due to garbled communication, a very long, cold wait at the airport, and a driver who made jokes about stop signs being optional.

We stayed at Atwell Suites after our flight got delayed for many hours. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The free shuttle picked us up within minutes to take us to the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable with luxurious beds. I love the spacious and modern bathroom with all the amenities. We left very early for the hotel so could not benefit from the hot breakfast but there were bagels, bread, coffee tea and other snacks at 4 am for the guests. Loved this hotel!!

Loved it! Super cute! Very thoughtful and intentional elements for a very comfortable stay. Very cute coffee and water bar accessible 24/7. Nice, brand new gym. Laundry. Brand new rooms, with ability to stream. Lovely breakfast spread. Bar and snacks plus a little snack and toiletry shop. And a lovely are upstairs for meetings or hangouts. It was great! And staff were lovely!

Wish we could’ve gotten the info about the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The cab ride was $37!

I had never stayed at an IHG property before, and I was highly impressed. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the entire property was immaculate and well maintained, the room was spacious, the TV was huge, the beds and bedding were comfortable and much nicer than other hotels, the sink, microwave and mini fridge were a great addition, the hall was quiet, the gym was clean, open 24/7 and well equipped, the outlets on the side of the headboard were so convenient, the pillows had "soft" or "firm" stitched on the hem (freaking genious). I could go on and on. There was a Sprouts Market 1 mile down the street, which was also a real plus. I was 2.6 miles away from my rental car drop off point, and 7 miles from the Denver airport. I was very hesitant to book a hotel close to the airport, so I was relieved when it was amazing. If you are a business traveler, the 2nd floor cubbies and gathering area seemed like a great place to enjoy your breakfast and get a little work done in a more private setting.

My "negative" thoughts were few. I thought that the bath towels were a little too small/thin. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion were great, but the towels and washcloths...not so much. Weirdly, I actually prefer a thin washcloth, but I like a heavier and larger bath towel. I also didn't love having to put my key in the wall slot to work the figure out the lights, but both of these things were very minimal and are more personal preferences than real issues.

It was beautifully decorated and included everything you could think of for a hotel stay. Plus it was sparkling clean. It looked brand new. The rooms were spacious and again had everything you could think of or need for a stay including a full coffee bar with sink and refrigerator in each room offset from the bedroom area. I didn't expect such a luxurious room for the price I paid. Well worth it!

There was snow and ice at the drop off area in the front making it unsafe.

Exceptional staff at this hotel. I was travelling with my dad, my husband and two teenagers. I found that the receptionists at this hotel to be extremely helpful and courteous. We arrived very late at the airport and they were very helpful in directing us to their shuttle location. The hotel offers great breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. It was a plus to have coffees/teas and filtered water 24/7 at the lobby.

We loved the newness of the hotel and the location to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the 24 hour drink station and water bottle refill.

We did not like the noise level of our room. We were in room 101 at the end of the hall and heard the outside door slamming at all hours. Our room was also adjacent to the trash dumpsters and we heard loud banging from that both days in the early morning
