Unfortunately, there was an issue with my reservation…my fault. The Front desk clerk, Nathan went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the problem and get me checked in. The next morning, I talked to the GM, Christine to make sure all was well. She assured me that it was. She was so friendly and accommodating. I felt like I had known her forever. She’s a sincerely kind lady. My family lives in Colorado. Thanks to how this situation was handled, I will always stay at this airport location before returning to my home state. I felt welcomed. I found the entire staff to be extremely friendly and lots of smiles. Thank you.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable - good night's sleep. Lamps were also charging stations. Available iron & board that I needed.

The employee at the desk was very professional, calm and helpful. What I didn't like was seeing him having to do multiple things at the same time by himself. It really takes two people to check-in arrivals, answer guests' questions, answer the phone, explain amenities, etc. There should be more staff, especially at high traffic times.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Denver Airport. The Continental breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Gabby at the front desk was phenomenal. Always pleasant and greated us with a smile and "have a great day" or "is there anything I can do for you?" We had a dead battery the morning we were leaving. Gabby was very prompt to track down an employee who had a set of jumper cables. We were taken care of and on our way. Again, thanks to Gabby. She is a Rockstar for her service, but more importantly, her customer relations and how she made myself and coworkers feel.

The matresses were harder than I would have liked.I enjoyed my stay, food was good, customer service was above and beyond. Unfortunately, the beds were just too much on the "not soft" side of things.

Oatmeal was like paste. Potatoes were cold and chewy. Eggs were gross. The morning driver for the hotel shuttle was awful. She was nice enough and professional in interacting with us, but her actual driving was horrible. Constant surging on the accelerator, making the vehicle lurch forward. It's a good thing I didn't eat much of the breakfast or there would have been a much bigger problem with car sickness.

The rooms were lovely, great ambient lighting and perfect room temperatures for sleeping. The free breakfast was outstanding, perfect sausages, hash browns to delicious porridge, muffins, lots of selection. The fellow checking us in was gracious and very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, even though it was midnight. Even the breakfast attendant was friendly and proud to serve us.

Shuttle driver ( man from Ethiopia) from airport was great. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and well appointed. New gal at front desk was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

I booked with this hotel because it said staff were still wearing masks. None of the staff other than the shuttle driver from the airport were. Wasn't informed when I called for shuttle that they typically only pick up on one side of airport so was left standing out in the cold for much longer than necessary.

Used this hotel to lay over before meeting up with family the following day. Shuttle service worked, although it's worth knowing that you need to be in front of door 512 on the West side of the airport to meet it. I did ask the hotel about this in advance and didn't get a reply. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast, a good basic breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. Great linens and pillows. Room very clean and cosy. It was just what we needed, to catch up on sleep. We paid for late check-out and used the extra time to rest from our flight and wait for the rest of our party to arrive.

Noisy air con - which we switched off. Noisy fridge - which we couldn't switch off. We were charged twice for incidentals, which is hopefully being sorted out by the reception team.

Thank you Nick for your kindness in assisting us with the early morning airport transportation. You were extremely helpful, diligent and patient. Your actions left us feeling well cared for and understood, which affected our overall experience at the hotel. Thank you. We look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn next time we are in Denver.

Left too early for breakfast. Nice to have sack lunches available at 3 a.m.. Location and area nice with mountain views.

Price higher than usual Hampton's. An apple in breakfast bag severely rotten.

Easy to access from airport. Simple but fine breakfast with plenty of seating. Staff was very pleasant and friendly

The automatic messages as booking are confusing and seem like they need updated. Also, confusing whether check on is allowed after midnight - we had a late flight (it is an airport hotel...) and the message that check in ended at midnight (although it didn't and the reception was 24 hours) added undue stress. Overall everyone in person was lovely -it was just the automatic email messaging that was confusing and unnecessary.
