Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport/Convention Center

This is such a nice property. It was a last-minute booking and we didn't arrive until almost 10 pm (and left by 5:30 am) so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy it but it was so modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was super spacious with a beautiful bathroom (we even took notes on some of the design elements as we are currently remodeling our bathroom at home). While we arrived by car we did notice they had a shuttle to/from the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room. The floor in the shower needed a bit of maintenance, but it was clean. Breakfast options were good as well. There were lots of places to plug in phones for charging on nightstands.

Light switch locations in the room were oddly placed. Entry light switch was around a corner by the bathroom.

Bonus having a full kitchen. Quiet room. Good value. Convenient.

The breakfast selection was poor. The shuttle service vehicle from the airport was poorly marked, so I ended up missing the first vehicle and had to call for a second. I had to call for shuttle service 5 times; three of the times I called and let the phone ring for 10 to 15 rings with no answer. This was very disturbing. I also had a difficult time understanding the accent of the staff person.

Staybridge didn't have our reservation so resedence inn Tom us in with it another reservation was awesome I don't know what get name was but it was late and my other reservation for messed up but she worked everything out for us and I would recommend this hotel any day great stay

Staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and made my stay comfortable. I wish I had been able to stay longer! Looking forward to staying with you again. Breakfast was good for a grab & go. I can't wait to see what your real breakfast would be without COVID. The morning front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful (Sorry that I don't remember his name)

I was woke up with a headache in the middle of the night. My room was filled with the smell of marijuana smoke. I called the front desk and spoke to Dianne. She apologized and offered to move me to another room. When I declined she said that she would do a walk through on my floor and the one below me then call me back. After I hung up with her I turned off the air conditioning thinking that maybe the ventilation system was pulling it in from outside. Dianne called me back and said that she had not found anything. I told her what I had done and that the smell was almost totally gone. Thank you Dianne for responding quickly and professionally to my concern!

Rooms are excellent, above the hotel rating. Those are more apartements with kitchen and the facilities.

I didn't like the breakfast. It is very modest with a poor coice of meals but this is typical for north American hotels.

This place is really nice. The price of the room was great for what you get. The bed and pillows were like clouds, super comfortable. The property overall looked amazing. The outdoor patio area with the BBQ and fire-pit would be the perfect hang out spot in the summer to enjoy a beer. The pools looked nice but we did not swim. The workout room also looked really nice and very functional. The two front desk agents (one when we checked in at night and one in the morning) were extremely friendly and welcoming. I loved the 2 complimentary bottles of water and the mini market. The coffee in the morning was also really delicious. The breakfast was obviously "grab-n-go" Covid style but they still managed to provide a few options. It would have been really nice to see a piece of fresh fruit or two.

The only thing we really were not excited about was the $75 pet fee that we did not know about. I travel A LOT with my dogs and have NEVER paid more than $15-$20 per pet. We were whacked with $75 without even knowing about it. That seems insanely expensive. So, if traveling with pets, look out for that fee. It makes the $110 room completely not worth it. Also, we would have really liked to take advantage of the pool for a bit. However, when we asked about it, we were told we needed reservations and they didn't have any left. It did not say anything about needed reservations when we booked.

Very convenient location if you want something near the airport. Free shuttle. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast ends at nine and we arrived on a late flight. Would have been nice if breakfast went to 10:00

the shuttle service to the airport was not as reliable as one would like, considering this is one of the main reasons we booked an airport hotel.

Hit a room for my Daughters 5th birthday so she could swim. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed that day, the Hotel manager made arrangements for my girls to swim at their sister property next door so my kids could still enjoy their experience. Above and beyond!! And it was much appreciated. Room was huge. Having 3 little people , this was NICE, they were able to play and I was able to have my own space. This will be our go to hotel anytime my family is having a staycation 🙂

Breakfast was nothing spectacular but considering the current state of things with COVID it was understandable
