I have stayed here now 3 or 4 times and each time is great... Staff always attentive and rooms always clean with everything in working order. Comfy beds and ample room to move around... Decent breakfast also.

This time around, I had a room under the loudest, most selfish people. Slamming doors, walking like they have cement shoes on, coming and going at all hours and walking around at 4a... Who the hell does this?? I called the front desk my first night/morning at 4a and they sent someone up there, supposedly. It stopped but continued ea night... Although it's not the places faulty, it made for a not so restful time...

The staff at the reception desk were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. They had several things to choose from and the food was tasty. I stayed for more than one day and each day had different hot breakfast food to choose from, which was very nice so that you didn't have to eat the same thing every day. The dining area was kept clean and well stocked. They also are withing walking distance to other places to eat meals. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this motel to others.

The parking can be a bit of an issue.

The staff was friendly and they had plenty of water to buy. Their lobby was comfortable. The shuttle driver was very efficient and helpful. The location was awesome. It was clean and a good value.

Their shuttle practice. If they reserved spaces as they do for the shuttle TO the airport, they would not have angry people who were stranded at midnight due to an accident. We could have been notified the shuttle was delayed or not coming. We were lucky we had money for a cab $33 by the way. That kind of sucked. Also, the floor plan is a bit confusing. One poor little boy lost his way to the elevator on the 2nd floor and we both finally took the stairs because I couldn't find the darn thing either. Kid was in tears. His mom was in the lobby and they weren't happy with HIM! I wanted to say I got lost too but decided to stay out of it. I didn't like the towels and the bathroom was small But that's just being picky.

The overall cleanliness as well as the simple yet diverse offerings for breakfast. Also the fact that they allowed me to hold my luggage for a few hours

One of the front desk managers in the morning shift had a bit of an attitude. Same for the shuttle driver. Every other front desk staff including the ones who work in the afternoon were quite friendly.

The room was big, with a full couch and a desk in addition to the king-sized bed, which was super comfortable. The tub was outfitted with bars and even a shower bench, which we didn't need, but which we would have appreciated if we were older or infirm. The staff accommodated my request to be at the end of the hall away from the elevators. I also appreciated the conditioner and body lotion, which many hotels no longer supply. Plus, it was only ten minutes to the car rental return.

The bed is really comfortable and the room temp easy to regulate. It is very convenient to the airport and the staff on the 3-11pm shift was very helpful. In addition to scheduling my 5am am shuttle to the airport I was asked if I wanted a wake-up call. Two nights previous, the night staff did not offer me that option - even though I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 am and requested a 7:30am shuttle. Also, 3-11pm desk staff gave me solid food/bar options within walking distance of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room. There were long, dark hairs all over the bathroom. The sheets were wrinkled in a way that led me to believe they had not been changed from the previous occupant. Interestingly, I had been assigned the same room two nights previous, when I first landed in Denver, and the room was very clean. The sheets were crisp and unwrinkled so I don't think it is just my imagination.

Front desk clerk, breakfast hostess and housekeeping were all very friendly. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, although I would have liked firmer pillows. The breakfast was well organized and everything that I had tasted very good. The breakfast had multiple choices, the food was warm and was kept covered. Hand sanitizer was available to use at all times in the reception area and dining room.

Parking was a bit of an issue. We were always able to find a spot, although we had to walk a distance to get to the front of the motel to get into the entrance. I feel that there should have been a few more handicap parking spots available. The beds were nice and soft, although the pillows were a little too soft for my comfort. My head just sunk into them and I would have liked a bit firmer of a pillow for support.

Breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were better than you'd expect for the price. Shuttle to/from the airport is what really sold me. Staff was helpful as well. Would recommend if you are flying to/from DEN.

Not too much to say with regards to this. The thermostat in my room wasn't very accurate (was very warm), but that was easy enough to adjust. Parking lot had significant snow/ice, but it's hard to clear it when there are cars there all the time.

I read the reviews after booking and I was a bit nervous about staying here. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, the transportation to the airport, the room and the breakfast. This was a quick stop on the way to the airport, however I would stay here again.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything advertised was as stated.

The breakfast had a variety of things to eat, such as: waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, etc. The kept the dining area very clean. The motel is also within walking distance of several other places to dine/eat. The motel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The motel lobby was kept clean and the room was also clean.

The parking spots can be limited at times and we found that they are a bit small for some larger vehicles.
