Staff very polite and helpful. Ate at hotel once only, good but pretty expensive. Room pretty good, basic and clean but overall nothing special.

Nothing in particular regarding the hotel itself, my disappointment was more in regard to Denver downtown, I did not expect it to be in this type of condition. Lots of homeless and unbalanced people particularly in the "tourist" upscale area of the 16th st mall, felt like I needed to watch my back at all times. I know some of the bigger cities can be this way but this seemed particularly bad and I was not expecting it. Frankly because of the condition of the city I would not stay at this hotel again and would be inclined to stay in the suburban area.

The room was spacious and the shower was great. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly.

There aren’t many restaurants around the property. My biggest complaint is that there was a large bottle of lotion in the bathroom with a sign saying, Please enjoy as our guest. How nice, right? Well, reading further it states that if you use it, you can keep it for $20. I wonder how many people just tried the lotion and were charged on their room bill. You can’t take it home if you are flying with a carry on. There were no small bottles of lotion available for use. Weird and disappointing!

The location was great, within walking distance of a lot of sights, and well-situated to restaurants. We had a room on a higher floor, which provided some buffer from what ended up being a very busy week for the hotel. The bed was also comfortable and the room was a decent size. Parking was pretty straightforward - it was nice to have the option to self-park within the hotel structure.

For the price, breakfast should be included. We did order from their made-to-order breakfast area on our last day there and the food was pretty good. Also, the staff was not very communicative when we asked questions - they did not always provide clear answers.

This hotel was amazing! The entire staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating with any/all requests, and questions for out of towners. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious with more options than I was expecting.

Not about the hotel necessarily but it’s located centrally in downtown Denver however, we were unable to find ANY good food nearby. The nearby recommendations provided by the hotel were not good. Highly recommend a $7 Uber ride to RiNo Art District to find good food, amazing street art and a fun, eclectic little area.

Location close to 16th St Mall, historical section & Union Station with free transportation to the airport. Best of all, near all the major Museums. Old Courier office.

I missed having a hotel shuttle to/from the airport. I almost didn’t reserve there for this lack.

The property was clean and the cleaning services were excellent. The person who cleaned my room daily made it obvious that she took pride in her job and did a great job each day. I travel a lot and unfortunately that is not always the norm, so when I see exceptional service I have to acknowledge it. The staff at breakfast each morning were exceptional. Always greeted me with warm smiles and made sure all of my needs were met. From the front desk to the restaurant the service was excellent.

Great location, central in downtown. Few minute walk to a few bus stops. Comfortable bed and - nice size room, lots of outlets, with plenty of hangers and surfaces to put our stuff. Check in/out was quick and they held our luggage for us. All the staff we encountered were polite and nice. When we came back to pick up our luggage, I didn’t realize that the lobby restroom needed a key card, but the receptionist was right behind me and let me in. Thank you so much!

The other guests that were on my floor were obnoxious and loud. We were resting in the hotel a bit, and some guests were yelling to each other across the hall, on and off for about 20-30min. I should of asked for a quieter floor.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable throughout the entire stay. Enjoyed using the tennis court in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful when answering questions.

I think parking should be included in the hotel stay. The parking lot attached to the self parking was $28 versus your suggested $45. Additionally, the rooms could use more lighting.

Cost of breakfast was quite expensive. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The cost of breakfast. The convenience of the breakfast buffet didn't make up for the amount paid. If I stay again, I will not be using this service. $35.00 is nearly double the local going rate at a nice breakfast place, and most hotels (nice hotels) have a free breakfast included in the room price. I was led to believe from advertising that it would be likewise included for this stay, and found that it was quite a shock to have it otherwise.

There was construction going on next to the hotel, and I didn’t like the noise, but the manager was so kind, and moved me to a beautiful room in a quiet section of the hotel. The service was excellent. The location was very close to the 16th St Mall, but unfortunately the area is not what it used to be. Many stores closed, and the homeless situation is unsettling. But the hotel was exceptional, and I would stay there again.
