It's a great location to 16th Street Mall. Also Target very close if you need something. The room is really nice with a great view toward 16th Street. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is pretty nice.

We didn't like the people (about 6 or so) next door that obviously rented this room to party. They blasted music, banged the door shut constantly and yelled from 8pm to 9:30pm. Then went out and came back at 2am to party more. It really sucked. I would have complained, but with the way things are now I didn't think it was worth our lives.

The location was superb with easy access to the things we wanted to enjoy. The King bed was fantastic and super comfy. Loved the contemporary decor and it was really a treat to spend time in the room.

I have a couple issues. The pool was not open and was not indicated anywhere that it was closed. We like to swim to unwind and it was a bit disappointing that the pool was unavailable. Second issue is a bit more serious. Two items were NOT in my vehicle when I returned home. These items were located in our secondary glove box. We never checked our vehicle out from the valet, so the theft occurred during our stay.

the elevator was friggin fast man

the only drinking water available was in plastic bottles in the lobby being sold for $2 each. i wouldn't mind using the bathroom faucet for drinking water but there was no temperature setting so it always ran hot. another odd thing was that the bathroom had a sliding door with a gap that was about an inch thick so taking a shower or even just using the bathroom was a little awkward while staying with a friend.

Lobby was very pretty. Room was spacious and the location is very convenient.

Power went out in room for over 30mins and I had to do go down to the front desk to even inform them of this matter. Then I requested fresh linen to my room that took over a hour again I had to call down to the front desk to inform them I never received my towels.

The beds are excellent, great pillows as well. The sheets are thick enough to not get cold at night and not too thick to be sweating, they’re in a sweet spot. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room amenities are enough for short stays.

Some parts in the ceiling near the windows were cracked, which to me is unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. Also, the pipe under the sink was visible and it looked like a not so good repair job. I was expecting shuttle service to be available from the airport to the hotel, but instead had to pay around 80$ for an Uber.

Very clean, everything that we’re where there for was in walking distance. The staff was prompt when asking for extra towels and coffee I received a text, that was new to me about service, checking out or anything that they may be of service to and the text seemed to be to a live person not an auto text it was responded to promptly. We will definitely be staying at Hilton more often.

This hotel is very nice and located In a great area. The rooms are clean. The only problem we had was that the people beside us seemed to have a party . When we informed the lobby they were quick to send a security guard to ask them to quiet down. Overall a very good hotel if you’re visiting or passing by Denver.

Great hotel and the valet, front desk (James), and downstairs restaurant host all combined to give us some much needed relief after a scam Airbnb. Advice freely given on cheaper parking, better rooms, best (gratis!) drinks, etc…

Only downside is the AC would balk after sunset each night and then prevalent and somewhat aggressively panhandling homeless population inherent to Denver city center.

I had breakfast at the restaurant, and the waitress forgot to bring me the menu, forgot my order, forgot to bring me cutlery, forgot to bring the credit card reader, so I had to get up three times to ask for a menu, for cutlery, and for a credit card reader. Fortunately she also forgot to charge me for my beverage.

I thought the room was rather small for the cost. The room location (10th floor) was weird, felt like a corner room. The bathroom shower was nice, had a rain showerhead and the water was very hot (A+) The bed was okay, only comfortable place was in the middle as the sides sagged a bit. The pillows were horrible, way too soft but that's more of a personal preference. Our window faced California street so we heard the train whistle, fire trucks, etc. We spent 4 nights and it only bothered us 1 of those nights. Front desk staff was pleasant and check in was a breeze. We asked to have our room cleaned daily and that happened every day except the last. I didn't mind that they didn't clean the room on the last day but at minimum they should have placed clean towels. I requested towels at the front desk and when they were brought to the room there were no face towels. Why would you not bring face towels as well. Needless to say, we never received them.

The cost of parking was OUTRAGEOUS. Parking should be covered with the cost of the room. Yes it's convenient to the hotel but again, who wants to pay for hotel parking??? Mattress sagged. Room was somewhat small for the cost. No complimentary breakfast, thank goodness there was a Starbucks on premises.
