My stay at the hotel was enjoyable. I liked the comfort of the room and its modern touch of decoration.

One of the reasons I selected the hotel was the Rooftop bar, and honestly, it's overrated. Maybe it was the day (8/19/2022), but it was very crowded, the tables full of empty cups and glasses. There were people occupying tables, but I don't know if they were consuming; there was a considerable line to order at the bar, anyway; if it gets so crowded, they should limit people. In terms of health and safety in the area, the level of quality goes down by having so many people and dirty things.

Location Bonuses: -central location to great bars(Green Russell the speakeasy in Larimer Square, and Roosevelt the fun loving turn up spot with the secret bathroom you enter through a bookshelf with on 15th st) and many nearby restaurant options for all price points -Corinne the attached restaurant is delicious and the bar staff was warm and welcoming. The wagyu steak with the mushroom pasta was unreal. Accompanied with the kale apple walnut salad was the cherry on top. Room Review: -Great size room and perfect open layout for a standard king sized room. View was of the neighboring hotels and peeked into many other rooms/I’m from NYC, felt like home -Malin & Goetz products are always a win -the bed was lush and was hard to peel myself out of it every-time I sat or laid down. -cool that the tv connects to Netflix and YouTube accounts Staff Review: - other than the bartender at Corinne and the two gentlemen taking names for the rooftop, everyone is run of the mill and quite lackluster. Unless you are ordering directly from the bar on the rooftop, good luck not having to chase down a waitress to place an order for food. Their communication is highly disjointed and is not very client centric.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very nice! The facilities were exceptional.

The room was rather small but that’s to be expected downtown. Also, the rooftop lounge/bar was PACKED. We even had to wait in our room for 30 minutes before we were called. It is not a place to go for a beautiful view and drinks- we were in and out in about 3 minutes because there was just no moving. We were kind of disappointed because that was a perk that drew us to this hotel.

The first room we had smelled like something had died in the vents. The front desk was prompt and not only switched us to a new room, they gave us an upgrade. The staff was cordial and helpful. The bartender Paul was exceptional.

Very nice decor, room was small but was comfortable.

Porters were not very helpful with moving of my luggage, as had several boxes and upon arriving in a taxi they made me carry them all myself, took me 3 trips from taxi to the front desk. Was worried about them being stolen from the outside on the pavement to the inside of the hotel. Same story checking out the porters were to busy talking amongst themselves and did not find them of any help whatsoever. Only other issue was the room did not have enough adequate lighting, as found it to be a little dark.

Location was awesome. Staff were super helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Rooftop deck was super cool. Decor and finishes in room were high quality and fit in with current design trends.

The vanity is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. If you open the door to your room while your lady is naked in front of the mirror, anyone walking down the hall is getting a full show. The room could have been more heavily furnished - seemed a little sparse.

The breakfast at Corinne was delicious. The parking lot was less than 1 minute from the hotel and had an app that I could pay the nightly fees (which was $10-$30). Cheaper than their valet. Hotel was conveniently close to a Ruth Chris. I loved how you could venture into the neighboring AC hotel as a guest of Meridien and play pool.

The hotel was near a strip club; No big deal there trust me, other than a shooting that happened at the Strip Club. My friends and I were safe but I didn’t expect that from that area. The hotel bars closed fairly early (11-11:30p) which wasn’t great.

i loved the property’s lo by with abundant places to be cozy and see other people if wanted, to meet friends, sip champagne or cappucino… I ate at the restaurant two nights in a row, I loved it! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, nice amenities and Illy coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Waitress was especially helpful in allowing us to pay when food arrived so we could meet our car. I wasn't happy with room looking out on ventilation machinery and ducts, having booked a "room with city views". Desk clerk changed to room on higher floor.

At check in, when I asked if we were getting the best available rate, desk clerk said that rates aren't negotiated at check in. Although I've been checking in to hotels for many many years, I've never had a desk clerk respond in that way to that question. They usually find a better rate, or apologize for not finding a better rate. I was a little taken aback.
