Very central location, close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and kind. They were available to show the hotel and the types of room before completing the reservation (which I asked after my awful experience with Holiday Inn Downtown Denver IGH). They also accommodated our requests about splitting the bill between two cards. Large room, clean and matching the description. AC perfectly working and silent. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a little dark, but we didn't spend much time in it during the day, so not a big issue.

Breakfast was decent, fresh, and with good selection. Really appreciated the fresh fruit salad. By way of suggestion: Would be better if food with allergens or meat products were labelled clearly so customers can avoid pork or milk or nuts as needed. I would suggest real maple syrup for the waffle station, clotted cream for the scones and pastries, and fresh-pressed juice instead of processed.

Breakfast was great! I also love the gym and the pool. The room was spacious and the location was so convenient. I love having good quality shampoo and conditioner too. It sounds silly, but it’s a plus IMO. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was excellent! I would totally stay there again!

AC was acting weird, made weird noise throughout the night. Shower wouldn’t keep the temperature and kept changing from hot to cold during my showers.

This venue is exceptional and it really convinced me to become a member now. The breakfast was plenty and with a variety of products. I was so pleased that they had non dairy options. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The fitness center was big, clean and with many different kinds of machines.

Different breakfast everyday & the fireplaces in the lobby! The hot tub was fun too!

I wish we got a sheet that includes everything. we didn’t know what time breakfast ended and didn’t know about the complimentary drinks at the bar on Wednesday until other customers told us. Also, it was weird to have a window connecting the gym and pool area.

Breakfast great - yummy, hot and quick. The only thing I would recommend is seperating the coffee from the team, you have plently of table space and it would allow more people to access it at a time. Also, the fruit....maybe consider some other options- like a banana, or berries so that it is not the same stuff every morning.

Overall, it was a very plesant stay. Maybe talk to your valet staff....I turned in my luggage to them in the mroning of my last day. Simply and easly. However, I had to knock on the doors when I got back because your staff was so busy/preoccupied with his Nintendo switch (yes, he was playing this in the valet stand) that I had to knock twice to get his attention

Excellent customer service and great breakfast.

Through Booking, we reserved 2 Queen Suites. We only got the queen rooms. Hampton staff said that Booking did not reserve suites for us and they could not make changes to an upgraded room or give us a refund for the extra charge

Room was ok. Looks like Hilton attempted some upgrades. Didn’t like the sliding door to the bathroom that did not lock. Beds were firm but cozy. Limited lighting available. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Refrigerator was basic. Didn’t really chill things to my liking. You always expect better with the Hilton brand.

The box breakfast was simply horrible. I get that Covid restrictions are in place, but I had a better breakfast earlier in July at a holiday inn express. Pool was ok, again, expectations were higher than what was provided. Parking options weren’t clearly defined. Ended up at the pavilion across the street and paid a mint for overnight parking. Lesson learned that I could have took the train from the airport.

The breakfast was great and had a great variety. The pool area was nice. I like the fact that the pool was heated and hot tub was very warm, although the floor was a bit slippery. the room was spacious and very clean. Only downside was no free parking.

The bed that I slept on don't know if it was too firm or too soft but I woke up with a crooked in my back couldn't straighten up, so I went down and used the hot tub and all was fine.
