Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Pleasantly surprised. I like the way the hotel was decorated, inviting and pleasant. I stayed in a studio for 7 nights and it was comfortable. (except for the bed).

The room had a large fridge and dishwasher which was nice but whatever was used to clean the outside just left streaks all over the front of each unit. If that's how the appliances are cleaned, not sure I want to know how much effort the rest of the room had. The 'queen' bed was really uncomfortable, time to replace, lumpy old, I did not get a good nights sleep due to the bed.

The staff was fabulous, especially the breakfast host. I believe her name was Purita, super friendly and helpful since I told her I have some food allergies, she greeted me every morning with the selection of foods that were safe for me.

the hotplate I checked out first didn't work, and the second one worked but took forever to heat anything up. A VERY MINOR complaint, though, especially since there was no additional charge to check those out and staff were quick to get the second one for me and the microwave in the room worked like a charm.

Room was very spacious with full kitchen queen bed and sofa bed. Plenty of space for people and luggage. Staff was very friendly and even let me check in two hours early because I was traveling in the evening and wouldn’t be back until late at night.

Quiet location. Centrally located for ease of access. Was visiting our daughter in Golden but also traveling to CO Springs one evening for an event.

the room was comfortable, easy access to many local restaurants, events, attractions. the staff was excellent - friendly, fun, accommodating.

breakfast by 9 am on vacation didn't work well = 11 am would have been nice

The room and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible and seemed like it was just left overs from the morning before. The breakfast sausage was so dried out and disgusting and we went down there for breakfast by 6:15. Very disappointing

I liked everything about our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the lobby, breakfast area, pool, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend to a friend and we will stay here again!

Unfortunately there was a large, sticky spill on the carpet in the middle of our room. Not sure what it was, but pretty unpleasant to step on with barefeet. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and really loved the mountain view from our room.

I always look for low crime areas, this was a very clean, safe area. Staff was on the spot.

Electrical short in bathroom light. Not a big deal to me. Maybe a little more breakfast option, but food was good

Our room was very spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. We loved our stay. The staff were so welcoming, and accommodated us when the booking was mucked up!

Breakfast was good first morning, second morning very limited amounts were put out so you thought they had nothing then a few more came out but was gone before you could get it. I guess you had to ask for it before it was made.
