Baymont by Wyndham Golden/Red Rocks

Room was clean and as expected(king with living area). Lighting was adequate and lamps had USB ports Excessive light from hallway under the door required a towel to block it

Breakfast was cold with exception of ubiquitous waffle maker. Mini muffins packaged as 2 but were dry and stale. Bananas over ripe. Coffee was terrible. Signs stating they were still following Covid rules. Science proved Covid was not food borne so this part is nonsense. Guidelines that food be consumed in breakfast area may be valid for cleanliness but is rudely stated still referencing Covid. I have had full hot breakfasts in other hotels but have also run into limited selections like this to no offering despite advertising continental breakfast

Breakfast was included as an option every morning. The pool and spa was also included. All the staff was working hard to make sure all services were done and would answer all my questions. The location is a nice part of town with easy access to transportation.

I wasn't unsatisfied with anything.

Location was a little hard to get to. Had to drive 2 blocks & turn around as there is an island on Union. Room was good sized & decently lit. Large bathroom.

Had a handicap accessible room & expected a walk in shower, as depicted, but had to contend with a tub. Was a problem due to recent knee surgery, which was why requested handicap room.

Everything was great. The staff is super nice.

When I tried to book another night the front desk was unsure about the rate or something like that so I wasn't sure what that meant? So Not knowing if I could stay or if I needed to get ready to leave in the morning is a little annoying..

I had to move from 127 to 128. The 127 needed paint and had holes in the wall. The hot tub did not work. I let the front desk know and they moved me no problem. I really like my new room. Very clean and seemed in way better condition.

I left my robe in my room and they said they would send it. Waited about three weeks called again and it was still there. The Manager lady said she would try to get the other manager to send it soon. Still waiting. My stay was from 11 23 to 11 27. Other than that I really liked my stay

Location is close to venue and Mother's house. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Microwave, coffee & refrigerator in room. Nice tv's. Breakfast is always nice. Staff are very friendly.

The pull out bed didn’t have sheets on it ready to use, but the mattress was super clean! Not a spot on it so it wasn’t too big of a deal!

All staff including management were very helpful and respectful at all times. Thank you!!

The room had a smell of cigarettes, spoked to management and they right away fixed the problem and was able to stay in the same room without having to move to a different room. Very thankful!!

Staff all in my business it not there business who is visit me stop asking everyone what room there in or who they seeing

The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were very very dry. Other tg as n that there was very little for me to eat-im on a low carb eating plan.

More foods that have less carbs. Some meat, hard boiled eggs, berries for fruit.
