Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

We got stranded an hour away because i70 was closed due to the snow and we didn’t make it to our first night at our stay. Not only did they call me to make sure I was okay, but they were kind enough to respect our reservation but our room as well. I was able to check in as early as I wanted the next day and didn’t have to wait till check in time. I’m not sure if the woman I spoke to was a manager/owner but she was more than kind and provided excellent service. 😁

I had read some negative reviews here on Booking and I was a little worried. But the hotel was a pleasant surprise. the room was clean, spacious and with a big comfortable bed. the bathroom was good, strong and hot shower. breakfast was honest, with fruit, eggs, bacon, freshly made waffle, juices. the staff were friendly and helpful. I managed to park the car easily, in front of the bedroom window. I recommend hosting.

Place was very quiet compared to the property next door. The staff is friendly and worked with us on a couple of issues we had.

In the evening time mostly, there was a very nasty smell to the hallways. It's hard to describe the smell, but it made my tummy weak.

the location was really convenient, close to Red rocks amphitheater where we attended a concert. location is also quiet. room was clean and value for money.

the property is outdated, a renovation is much needed but that didn’t affected how clean it was also the breakfast could be a bit better

Being treated with dignity, kindness and respect by the staff... & Also being respectfully refunded on a double charge asap was what I like about this hotel...the Great customer service! .

That I would even check out to go to the Baymont

Has a pool but not advertised. Comfortable upgrade to room given to me. Good value.

I kept turning when I shouldn’t around the fast roads. Not too bad a diversion but hard to figure out

They charged me a extra $175 after I checked out! It may take 3-5 days to get my refund. I have bills to pay when I get back to WI that i have to pay. Im glad I checked my bank account

The nice lady working for hotel hotel switched me to a better room on the 3rd floor after the neighbor in the next room was coughing constantly. I teach at the local community college and appreciated the move do I could be refreshed to teach during my 3 night stay.

The hotel was decent. It smelled good. Staff was ok. Bed was decent. All in all it was ok. Nothing great nothing horrible.

The location was right off the highway which was great but literally right off the highway and then right. We went up and turned around because it was odd. So not a big draw back just know going here it's best to pass it and turn around.

it was convenient

they have a recent no pet policy. I have a dog and your site listed them as pet fruit. I had to pay an extra $35. The bath tub was filthy, didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long while.
