The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about direction, places to see, and restaurants. The breakfast was good, the staff was attentive. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and the location was convenient for that. It was close to several good restaurants. Lots of parks nearby for hiking and fishing.

Breakfast was amazing. Different options daily & very friendly staff, exceptional service! Upon arrival the toilet was noisy & they moved us rooms immediately. The bathroom was also exceptional, beautifully designed and comfortable shower! The window shade was a cool tree design, along with curtains for even more privacy! Also every hotel employee from cleaning crew to maintenance to front desk was helpful, friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed could be more comfortable, was hard to get a full night's rest. Also the room was basic, one chair and a desk. Could add some more functionality & zazz to the room in general. The lighting was also extreme. Either the hallway light with the bathroom exhaust, or bright bulbs blinding you next to the bed. Not a terrible location but could hear the hospital helicopter & trains nearby, close to highway 6 for convenient travel across Denver.

Awesome friendly staff. Hotel very well maintained. Awesome size TV Dos XX in cooler.. BREAKFAST was delicious! Coffee was great! Father in Law and myself in for the Broncos Chiefs game and hit the jackpot finding a great hotel at a good price. Didn't come equipped to enjoy pool and hot tub.. Have to Come back. Sometime

Left room at. 77 degrees too hot for me.. Air conditioner fixed this quickly

Loved the room design. So compact and neat but comfortable. Adored the colorful window shade. What a great idea. It provided additional privacy and visual interest. Loved the microwave/ coffee stall/ refrigerator cupboard. Breakfast was great. Omelette was fresh and fluffy. Waffle was crispy on outside and soft in the middle. Perfect. The sausage patty was seasoned well. I was quite tasty.

Nothing. But, I do wish that the hotel had a more distinct visual presence (e.g. sign) on Union Boulevard or atop the hotel itself.

I like that the location is convenient to the light rail so you can essentially travel to this hotel from the airport - take the train and then the light rail to Federal Station and then walk about 4 blocks to the hotel. It's also a very quiet location but near enough to some walkable restaurants. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. Having a pool is an added benefit although I wish it were a bit bigger. It also has a hot tub that I didn't get a chance to try out. I appreciated the two bottles of water that were provided to me upon check-in. A very nice stay and I would stay here again if the price is right!

I really loved our stay here. The location was great. the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I loved the shower and closet in the room.

The only critique I could give would be that the breakfast staff did not seem to wash their hands between dealing with food, dealing with trash and then spraying and wiping down tables, however, this person was working alone and had the job of three different people that they were juggling at once.

On the night of our stay there was a domestic disturbance in the hallway for 30 minutes at 3:00 in the morning. Basically, 2 drunk women screaming at each other. After multiple calls to the front desk with no answer, eventually the police showed up and all was quiet again. frustrated that nobody picked up to assume us something was being done.

The property was clean and updated. The room was comfortable and the man who checked us in was very friendly, he even offered us water and snacks at check in. The hotel was located in a decent part of town.

The room was pretty clean, but there was a good amount of hair in the bathroom.

The breakfast menu was a little lackluster if wanting anything besides waffles, toast, cereal, or eggs. However, for hotel breakfasts it was still pretty good (and there’s a Denny’s just a couple blocks away if breakfast is your thing!).

Breakfast had great choices. My 10 year old loved making his own waffles. Room was clean and they honored my request to not be on the first floor. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pool was much smaller than shown in pictures.
