the breakfast was very good, clean floors and roomy sitting area. breakfast staff very nice and kept foods filled and fresh. liked having the fruit bowl mixture. entrance sitting area was warm and inviting. parking was cleared off from snow storm. space heater provided with a wall heater not working well. tv signal off but fixed by staff. maintenance guys were very helpful to accomadate issues.

i would say that the beds were not as comfortable as I would want them to be. bouncy, noisy and felt like springs inside causing pressure points on body. bathroom floor under vanity etc not very clean.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfy.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked at the front desk if I could get one. The woman said, "All you sure there isnt?" I said that I looked everywhere. No hair dryer. Then some male employee speaks up and says he's sure there is one in our room. I once again said there wasn't. Meanwhile, male employee disappears and my husband forgot something in our room. He meets up with the male employee outside our room! The guy was going to let himself into our room to see if I was lying about it. He found no hair dryer. When I found this out, I was LIVID! The hotel staff people basically accused me of lying over a damn hair dryer! So insulting!

Very nice hotel overall. Clean and nice rooms and furnishings. Decent daily breakfast. Not too noisy, even though it was close to the I-25/CO-34 intersection. Very convenient to tons of shops and restaurants. A little pricier than we would have liked, but right now all hotels are expensive. Good stay, no huge issues. Maleah at the front desk was a superstar! She helped us get two rooms close together, and a small billing issue.

The pool needs a always on skimmer. Had to clean significant debris out of the pool twice ourselves before the kids could use it. Either their cleaning system was broken, to they didn't turn it on to save money.

I did not expect the amenities that the hotel offered to include a very nice pool/ outside firepit as well as a dog park and lovely garden area with lovely flowers that were blooming. Offered daily room service, a full scrambled egg/ sausage with green chili type breakfast. Allowed pets, however it comes with a $25.00 surcharge up to 5 days. Lounge and restaurant are now open Tuesday until Saturday with live music on Friday and Karoeke on Saturdays.

Them telling guest of their amenities while they check in. Food is good however some days not so great.

Really nice and uppity. I'm really not into too much uppity but it was beautiful. I truly did enjoy the fact that you could enter directly from your car into my room.

I did not like that they charge $25 per night for your dog to stay. And they had a 5-day limit when you have an animal. I am assuming that's because they wanted to make sure the room stayed clean. But if I really need to stay I wouldn't want to change rooms just to stay there when you have an animal.

The bed was comfortable, and at a height I appreciated. The room was clean, and the daily, hot breakfast was awesome! Lots of protein choices, very keto friendly.

The driveway is shared with the gas station next door. No immediate access at main road if you're going west. But there isn't much the hotel can do about that.

The price, easy check-in and check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. It was fresh and quite delicious. 4 minutes from the hospital which is why we were in the area-so that was really convenient

Nothing to complain about except there was food crumbs, chunks in the windowsill. That was kind of gross and made me think they don't thoroughly clean the room. Beyond that tho, nothing stuck out that it wasn't clean

We loved the steam shower 🚿 and the spa tub. We stayed in the Kennedy Suite. The amount of space was amazing.

The steps to the suite were interesting. The dishwasher had dishes in it. There was no dishwasher soap available at the front desk. It was suggested I could buy some at the gas station in the parking lot. He had to program the TV to watch it and there was only one remote to be shared in two different rooms for two different tvs. There was a shower cap over the fire alarm (front desk said they were aware it was there we wouldn't be charged for it).

It's location vis-a-vis Northern Colorado was excellent. Facilities were surprisingly nice. Don't judge this book by its cover. Excellent checkin/out. Cleaning staff a little slow.

Difficulty going West on CO 34, and very tight entryway onto the property.

We enjoyed the breakfast, workout center, beds and shower were fantastic. Staff was always helpful and friendly,

They had some of the best Citrus body wash, but were low on supply for the shower attachment. But understand it is a problem with the supply chain issues.
