This was a last minute/day of booking, and I’m so happy they were able to accommodate me. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, had nice updated flooring (no carpet, yes!), and the bathroom was modern with a spacious shower. The bed was comfortable!

There was only a knob lock on the door. As a solo traveler, I would have been more comfortable with a working deadbolt. That being said, the property is right next to the local fire station, and felt very safe. The TV kept jumping up in volume.

Clean and comfortable room. We booked the jacuzzi suite and it was spacious. Room had a fireplace which was a really nice touch. Location is very central making everything within walking distance. Great value for koney.

We were in room 109 and the neighbor next to yhe property had their light on ALL night during our final night there...it was extremely bright and obtrusive. It would be nice for management to speak with this person and ask them to be respectful and turn off their porch light at night, please !

We liked the location, the quaint slightly-dated but well-maintained decor, the fridge, the quietness, and the owner. The bathroom was small but comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower. The owner was quickly responsive and pleasant.

When they can afford it they need to upgrade the sagging mattress, but we might well stay there again because the rest was very good for the price. The wifi went out but we didn't try to resolve it so don't know how that would have gone.

Some amenities available: like soap/conditioner/shampoo/towels, they had an iron available, nice seating area outside that overlooks the creek, LOVE how it was less than a 4 minute walk to Manitou's main street, staff member Giovanna is very kind!

Lighting was rather dim in the room, breakfast only available in the peak/summer season

Room #110 is fantastic. Nice jacuzzi bath with windows that open right next to the creek. Sitting area, two chairs and a table, overlooking creek right outside door. Large clean room. Really nice shower. Friendly staff. Was great for a winter weekend getaway. Plenty of stuff to do and eat nearby. Off season price was great.

If you are tall be careful of the ceiling fan.

Close to manitou incline hike. We got in later in the evening and needed somewhere to stay. We got a bedroom room that was nice for 2 couples. It’s nothing fancy but worked for what we needed for the night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The back bedroom is very stuffy with the door closed and was unable to open a window.

Nice room in an older unit. There was a glitch. It was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Staff replied within 5 minutes.

Ad said there was breakfast. Don't depend on it. Very minimal. Coffee. No tea. Apples. Cheerios. Yogurt. No milk was in the refrigerator, and only a small amount of orange juice.

The rooms are always clean and look amazing to me. Very comfortable beds, Love the Jacuzzi rooms, very peaceful environment. Plan on staying at least one or two nights a month if possible 😊 Also affordable prices.

Need plastic spoons for the yogurts. 😊

The room was big and clean and very comfortable how the view of the river that was awesome came in for the Manitou Mardi gras . The staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs.

The coffee maker didn't work and would have liked breakfast earlier it was a grab and go and I was hoping for more.

The locations excellent within walking distance of downtown and the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant. Which is why I was there.

There’s actually nothing I didn’t like. I saw that it was an older motel however once I walked into the room I understood the people took very good care of it very clean it was a nice place to stay.
