Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, juice, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, waffles, oat meal, bagels, and yogurt 😋

Charged me almost $100 more than what I had booked for, the pool and spa were "Unavailable" and no discount was offered, and the gaggle of men sitting by the back entrance smoking, drinking, and dealing drugs was quite obnoxious... they were mostly friendly, but if I were there alone I would not have felt safe

Breakfast was good and lots of options and variety. The person in charge of serving and refilling worked very hard. . He just was not able to keep up with demand.

The room was a bit cramped. Ran out of lots of food options. Never got to choose from all the options. Only one waffle maker for a huge crowd. Needed at least 2 more. Food was a bit difficult to find as it was scattered and around a corner.

Breakfast was great! It was hot and fresh. Lots to choose from. Location was good, info on the area was great. Nice cold citrus was available all day long. Nice refresher on a hot day.

The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. Vi was it would have been noted when I booked this hotel. This is the 2nd time in a row that the swimming pool has been closed at a Comfort Inn. Would have been nice to go for a swim after 18 holes of golf.

we enjoyed our stay the staff was helpful and friendly. we brought a pet with us and felt they were nice and accepting of our dog. we will be back for another stay and also will recommend the accommodations to friends and family.

the hotel was a bit dated but other than that all was well

Location, availability of a walk-in shower and great location for an accessible room most are as far away from the elevator or entrance as possible which is a complete failure as far as design is concerned.

Tamara at Check-in was Excellent!! She was professional, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable; Thank You from 2 weary travelers!! The room was clean, comfortable & at a good price. The room was comfortable and everything we needed was already in there; unlike other hotels where you need to continually ask the front desk for items.

Overall, the hotel shows it's time for a renovation to upgrade and truly make it shine, based on the other hotels in the immediate area. The A/C was not working in the lobby. Breakfast was good & may need a few more options for Gluten Free guests.

Beautiful, clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Free breakfast was delicious and they kept everything fresh and stocked all the way through to the end. loved everything about our stay here!

The front counter staff was excellent, she was patient with the large somewhat difficult group before us and friendly to us. In the morning she actively assisted the other staff with breakfast while keeping an eye on the front desk. Exceptional customer service.

We arrived an hour early and was able to go ahead and check in. At that time, we were told they were overbooked for our room, so we were upgraded to a suite. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Was only to be a rest stop between Utah and Denver so was not expecting much especially in a remote city like Rifle. When we checked in around midnight the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we opened the door to our room I was astounded at the size of the room. It more than accommodated my family's needs for the night. I honestly was saddened that we had to leave in the morning to continue our trip. I was even more saddened when we opened the door to our "high end" hotel in Denver and realized that at a higher price the room was far from the standard that we had at Comfort Inn in Rifle. OUTSTANDING HOTEL!!!!!
