Very nice. Excellent staff and service. Very comfortable stay. Asked for 2 rooms on the same floor and got it!!! Check out was quick and easy. Staff professional and pleasant. Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms Clean and wasnt afraid to lie down and sleep in the beds. Thank you!!!! Just need to add a small tube of toothpaste possibly to amenities. Thank you!

Would like a little gift shop or able to buy Connecticut key ring or momento in the hotel. Also include bacon and bagels to breakfast menu and a microwave to reheat. Otherwise everything else was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely recommend and definitely book again. Thank you!

Convenient easy check, room and bathroom was a great size, staff were all very nice, beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Water pressure was great and I didn't even hear any hallway activity.

I didn't like that the pillows smelled like someone's BO and had dried blood on 1, but we were promptly given clean ones when we asked. Wasn't keen on the barn door for a bathroom door that doubled as a closet door. It had large gaps on the sides.

Sarah worked the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. We had numerous rooms booked. She was very patient throughout the entire process of checking us all in. The breakfast was good. The room was good. No one in our group voiced any complaints. It was a nice stay. Would stay there again.

The location was good. Easy access to Rt 95. Also close to Foxwoods ( 20 min).

The complimentary breakfast was not that good. The french toast was in a warming tray so as soon as it was removed it became cold and hard. All the ads show scrambled eggs and there was none. Sausage was undercooked somewhat. The waffles looked good though. There was cereal and Danish and such. So not a total loss but for $300 + a night could have been better.

The indoor pool was extremely cold. I was told I could check in earlier when I first got there and was told I get a call back in a half hour. I called back 3 hours later after not getting a call and was told the room wouldn't be ready until after 3. So, that could have been better.

I like the Hotel for its location close to my Mothers Apartment and the cleanliness of the hotel. I stay there every time I come down to Mothers. I did not appreciate the price I paid this time for my room. I didn’t get into town until 2:30am on Sunday morning.

breakfast was very good. good selection of morning food. location was very good for what attractions we wanted to see. the room was clean and comfortable. i would stay here again and recommend this location to others.

I liked itt stay. The pool was nice and the beds were comfy. Close to everything.

Staff was calling me so many times basically trying to get money from me when I paid in advance. Never again. Deal with Booking. Com not me.

Breakfast was amazing! Omelettes, sausage, waffles 7 the works. Staff was incredible - pool was perfect and made my kids so happy. Rooms was comfortable

The elevators definitely needed attention - one was our of order and the other made me nervous to ride in.

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, good location.

Elevators were out for two days but we were told that immediately upon check-in and given a room on the lowest floor possible.
