Breakfast was great, the service was good, it took a little longer because there was a group for a wedding so it was kind of busy.

We were assigned a handicap room which was fine, except that there is no carpeting on the floor so it felt a little cold and not as cozy as if there had been carpeting. We understand the need for it but were surprised to be given this room.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well

Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Pillows were too soft. Ironing board unstable and iron lost its non stick. No dressing gowns to go to pool.

It was SPOTLESS and updated. Great location...we were under 10 minutes from almost everything we wanted to do (Mystic seaport, Aquarium, treetop course, etc.). Very kid friendly. The pool was impeccable...very clean. Restaurant had good food and a Starbucks.

Really no complaints.

There was a nice selection on the breakfast buffet. Of even greater importance was the hostess and server that took care of us. Our waitress was Kristine (sp) and I didn’t remember the hostesses name, but the same two people were there on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They seemed genuinely happy to see us each morning. Just a great way to start our day.

Other than rain the day of our arrival I can’t think of anything that you could control. Our room on the fifth floor 559 was a long walk from the elevator, but I didn’t specify that I might want one closer, so I’ll take that on myself!

I left 2 sterling silver bracelets in the bathroom. called and reported and they were going to call me back and never did. I called several times and offered a $200 reward but never heard anything. they were very special bracelets to me. Wish the staff had been honest enough to turn in to lost and found.

The checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Lobby was spacious and has plenty of seating areas.

I booked a double queen bed room but got a king bed room instead due to overbooking.

The staff was very nice and the food at breakfast was great.

I was over charged twice for my reservations and had to wait for the bank to return the money. It was not pleasant it's a good thing I brought cash with me.

Loved the facility and decor. Mattress replaced quickly. Front desk service great! Breakfast good. Long line for omelets.

Breakfast was good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was nice. Octagon restaurant was good as well.

I was under the impression that there was a hot tub, and there was no hot tub. That was a little disappointing

We have stayed there previously, and it was not quite up to their prior service. Our toilet was broken, the pull out bed had crumbs all over it, and they did not refill the coffee.
