Love that the room had king bed and sofa . Large TV . Bed comfortable Close to Mystic village drive or walk , walking distance to Italian restaurant , close to Aquarium. Really nice supermarket near by to buy snacks Short drive into Mystic town , nice shops, restaurants and waterfront seating areas along the docks Close to winery’s Free parking at hotel

Did not like the bathroom If you are a large person I can see hav ing difficulty getting in Oversized door you need to open door all the way to get in Breakfast could be better They put out small amount of eggs bacon and potatoes and don’t refill quickly when empty

The Staff at this Hotel should be commended and as it was their courteousness, hard-work, and attention to detail that elevated the overall stay. This was especially apparent during the morning breakfast, and adding here a special thanks to "Zuleyka" (Sp?) and both for her courteousness when checking us in...and seeing her care and concern for customers during the aforementioned breakfast. Beyond that...Hotel is extremely well located to a number of attractions and with easily two full days of activities directly within walking distance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but could use some brighter colors.

Perfect location, great staff, great breakfast buffet. Love the way they designed the room with a bed area and living room area with a great couch, desk and a coffee bar with sink and mini fridge. Nice carpeting and open floor space. Within walking distance of restaurants, mistick village, and the aquarium. Ample, easy parking and short drive to everything in Mystic. Dog friendly and well maintained grassy area. Pool was also nice, and open until 10pm! We will definitely be back.

It really was a 5 star experience. The only thing I wish they had was a laundry facility.

Hyatt Place was very easy to get to, and its location was near places we wished to visit. The room set up was exceptional with all the amenities. I did like the fact that the bathroom vanity was outside the shower/toilet facility, so no problems with anyone hogging the bathroom. I liked the sitting area and how it was partitioned off from the beds. The whole facility was extremely clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 (positive perk) and they also had a bar opened until 1 a.m. and a small room service menu available all night, with very reasonable prices. I had not found that to be in other places I stayed.

The only negative comment I would make (and it is not all that negative) is that the lighting in the bathroom was very weak and if you wanted to use the toilet/keep door open for more light, you were treated to a full length version of yourself sitting on the 'throne' because of the full length mirror on the inside bathroom door. There are so many other mirrors in the room, one full length on the closet door, that the bathroom door full length mirror is a little bit of overkill.

The room was nice, clean, and really spacious. It was nice to have the sitting area and the sleeping area. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options (I loved the breakfast burrito option). The location was convenient to both the highway and downtown Mystic, and the staff was great. They accommodated my requests.

The bed was really firm/hard and wasn't comfortable for me - some people may appreciate that though. There were no available/convenient outlets for charging next to the beds. There's a little shelf to keep stuff on on each side of the bed, but the charging outlets were by the desk, on the other side of the room. There is bottled water in the rooms, but it was $5 if you wanted to drink it. It would be nice to offer a couple complementary bottles of water.

The room was very beautiful, laid out exceptionally well, very clean. Plenty of room for the three of us and could have accommodated more guests comfortably. Loved the wide sofa bed and little microwave/sink area. Absolutely loved the room and the lobby was also very attractive with a lot of comfortable seating. Breakfast food was better than average for a hotel breakfast. A lot of variety and things looked fresh and were replenished quickly, waffles were very tasty. Parking was close and convenient. The hotel is centrally located, close to Mystic Village and Mystic Seaport. Would recommend and can’t wait to return.

The breakfast layout was extremely tight and awkward, things like utensils, plates, mugs, coffee need to be placed more intuitively for better flow and efficiency ease of access.

Location of hotel is great, right next to I95 so easy. Staff polite and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. Close to aquarium and shopping mall. Walk into town was 40 mins.

No laundry facilities on site. Can get laundry picked up on a Tuesday and returned on a Thursday which was no good for us.

The location was excellent- quiet but close to all the attractions in Mystic. The breakfast was good. The pool was very nice. The staff were great and always helpful. The in-room shower was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The morning breakfast rush was hectic but the staff did a good job keeping up.

The staff was fantastic as soon as we walked in to check in…the room was great and comfortable and clean which was the main thing we are always concerned with. I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy the Hyatt mystic

Not so much that I didn’t like it but maybe there could have been a few more option for breakfast. Other than that everything was great!

The property was very nice, warm pool, fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and the pool was warm. Shower had great pressure and the rounded rods so the curtains don’t touch you. Everything is well thought out for your comfort. The front desk clerk (it began with a Z) was fabulous!
