Enjoyed the free breakfast. Great location, close to nearby attractions like Old Mystic Village and the aquarium. Short drive to downtown Mystic/drawbridge area. Loved that the lobby had board games we could play on a rainy night. Received a couple bottles of water and some Hershey kisses upon checkin and thought that was a great touch!

Rooms a bit dated, walls seemed thin. Easy to hear neighbor’s conversations from my room. This is a pet friendly hotel so unfortunately sometimes the smell of animals lingers in rooms, hallways, etc.

We were in Mystic to visit family. It was a good stay overall. We liked that it was pet friendly and clean. We brought our cat, and we were able to leave him in the room without having to worry that someone would come in. It was good that we were able to adjust the room temperature to our comfort. Loved the coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate station and the orange flavored cold water at the lobby. Hotel is conveniently located near Olde Mistick Village, Seaport Museum and Aquarium.

Breakfast was not particularly exciting, but I have to say the turkey sausages were absolutely terrible. Pancake station was very good, and so were the scrambled eggs. I wish there was a Keurig in the hotel room. It would have been easier just being able to use our own pods to use the coffee maker.

The hotel was very nice. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There were very few parking spaces left that weren’t a fairly long walk to the entrance in the dark. I wish the rooms had better soundproofing. Someone above me walked around until the early hours of the morning. I could hear the conversation going on in the bathroom next door. And the worst part was the slamming of the room doors. There was a large family down the hall that occupied several rooms and they left the doors open resting on the safety latches. The doors banged non stop in the morning, as everyone went in and out of each other’s room. And the cleaning crew started cleaning the room across the hall from me way before checkout time. I should have just gotten up at that point. There was no use in trying to take advantage of the 11 am check out time.

The location was perfect. About one and one half miles from downtown Mystic and one half mile from Mystic Seaport Museum which is must see. Within walking distance of Olde Mistic Village with shopping and restaurants.

A little dated, the rooms are adequate but could use upgrading. We were on the third floor and shower water pressure was very weak.

Breakfast was not good. Wish the hotel had a proper restaurant. Pool on the first day had to much chemicals in it, burned the children eyes. Found out later they had only shocked the pool they morning we arrived, wish they had let us know. It’s dangerous to go in a pool right after it’s treated supposed to wait at least 8 hours.

Loved the cleanliness, the hospitable staff, the pool for the kids, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast! the breakfast was the kids favorite! I loved the homemade cookies in the afternoon and the coffee,tea hot chocolate when you came back from a day out! close proximity to drive a couple minutes to everything. it's right off the highway but nicely tucked behind a business on the main road. 2 minute drive to Mystic Aquarium, 5 minute drive to the seaport.

The indoor pool was great, the kids didn't complain. it did however feel like a sauna in the pool area, but the water didn't match the air. maybe warmer water less heat in the air? otherwise not a real dislike.

everything. it was so well managed. clean. staff were amazing. requests for extra towels and blankets were answered within 5 mins. Interesting sights and restaurants were printed up including directions. The front desk were fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with the staff overseeing everything. they were quick to replenish or clean and available for assistance. my only complaint was the bed was too bouncy and the toilet seat too low. But our room was spacious and perfect for my grandchildren and us. Thanks for a great couple of days

Good food. Nice hot and plentiful coffee (all day). But they really made it clear they did not want anyone to linger at tables beyond the 10 am end time.

Did not clean room or replace towels. I didn’t see until end of 2 night stay that you had to request housekeeping services 24 hours in advance. Which would have been before we even checked in.

The very friendly service, bright, clean accomodations, location, safe parking, huge "something for everyone" breakfast. It was easy to sleep since there wasn't any unwanted noise from other guests. Great bold coffee☕️

Complimentary cookies looked a tad stale, hallway was frigid, nothing mentioned about potential "to go" breakfast. Would have appreciated trash being emptied daily in our room.

The hotel was clean and the location was great. Shame there was no bar or restaurnat

I just had one issue. the pool has way to much chlorine. they shocked the pool one day and didnt close it and my 6 year old eyes were stung out of her head and my niece's tongue went numb.. Not good.
