We LOVED EVERYTHING about this place!! the location, the comfort, the decor. but what made it perfection were the amenities everything you could think of was available…. - frictionless entry and exit anytime - fire pits ready to light - kayaks and SUPs ready to adventure on - bikes ready to cycle to town for breakfast - Alexa playing when you come in - wine ready to drink on the deck - more coffee capsules than even we could drink all this made it perfect - was just so much fun! the BEST place we have stayed on the east coast!

Beautiful location with a fabulous view of the harbor. Walking distance to Mystic (which is huge because parking is so difficult). Decor is lovely. Easy communication with the owners. Great little coffee machine (I may purchase one)... I'm definitely purchasing the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Easy access to 95. And ...a complimentary bottle of wine!!!

I loved EVERYTHING! Nothing negative about the place!!

This place was simply amazing. The property is well manicured and the views are to die for. The rental came with the usage of kayaks, paddle boards, and beach cruises. We stayed at the Bluffs which was so well decorated.

I liked how clean the area was, there was a lot to offer for us especially the espresso machine and the free wine. it was a great experience and if we decide to come back to the area again we are definitely staying here

my only critique is the pictures. I didn’t realize how small it was from the pictures because they had multiple houses on the same pictures, it was no issue with the size it was just not what I expected

The location. It was right on the water. The cottage was very cute.

Adorable accommodations! Everything was well stocked in the kitchen (small appliances, flatware, garbage bags, paper towels, etc), bathroom (soaps, ample toilet paper) and there were even bath towels and outdoor blankets! Beds were very comfortable as well.

We had an amazing stay! Cottage was beautiful and extremely clean. The owner was lovely and we can’t wait to come back again!

Wish it was a little cheaper ! Perhaps even a weekly discounted rate, as we would love to stay again with family/friends in a larger house.

What a beautiful location on the water. We loved kayaking, sitting outside, and the gorgeous property. We rode the bikes provided onsite, walked to town, and took Ubers - all were easy for us. The design of the cottage was like a magazine

Very modern, clean and new. Beautiful views. Location very convenient to central mystic. Good amount of space for a family of 4.

A few snacks might be a nice touch as we got in late and there wasn’t a grocery store super close.

The cottage was great. It was very clean. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative, it rained the whole weekend. The only thing I would say the chairs in the room were not very comfortable since we spent more time in the room related to the weather.
