The room we had was fully renovated….. big clean, the shower pressure was outstanding & hot!

The outside appearance was fair but our room good to great!

The property's location played a crucial role in my decision-making process. Its proximity to various stores, restaurants, and the highway greatly influenced my choice. Considering that I visit this town 3 to 4 times a year, I have always been satisfied with the exceptional service provided by the staff here.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is currently undergoing a period of renovation due to the change in management. As anticipated, construction activities were taking place during your stay. However, it is worth mentioning that I did not encounter any unforeseen issue, except for the room feeling somewhat stuffy when the heat was turned on. This made it slightly difficult to breathe. I would recommend bringing a portable humidifier with you to enhance your comfort until the completion of the hotel's reconstruction. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I must emphasize that the hotel offers an excellent value for the price, considering its convenient location near both casinos.

The price was very inexpensive. The location was very good, close to the Groton Submarine base, and not far from the Mystic and New London attractions as well as the casinos. Basic room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and a small but full sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the sign at the desk said they were sold out the room was quiet and we did not hear any other neighbors. Overall GREAT VALUE and a good location. Family run. Free coffee and Tea in morning.

Me and my wife stay in this hotel under the old management and it was a bad experience. We book this time like the last time all the hotel near foxwoods was full. This time it was great the room great the bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and a full size refrigerator the next time we go to foxwoods we are staying here also the price was very good. The new management and the staff was very friendly. We traveled with another couple and they where very pleases. Also the rooms had full lighting.

The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean as well as spacious. It had a big refrigerator and a microwave, which was really nice, and a good amount of towels also it had a great amount of lighting. The bed was really comfortable and everything was brand new. The hotel itself was located in a peaceful location, which I really liked. I would definitely be coming back !

The staff was very friendly and nice. I loved the updated rooms and the protective plastic on the mattresses. Close to shops and food. Also a beach not to far away. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Floors could've been mopped better, wasn't able to bring my cooking supplies in but I guess other guest ruined that for people I'm not sure.

Clean comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, pretty quiet room. Good recommendations for dining in area.

The living quarters were clean, however the building itself needs maintenence. Wall paper peeling, stained ceilings, mouldings separating from ceiling and doors. Needs painting. For non smoking facility. It reeked smoke odor.

Room looked like recently update...everything was very nice, the floors, sinks, shower, had an almost full size fridge and micro

TV turned on but could not access the cable...someone from front desk came into the room to try and remedy, but could not figure out what was wrong or why it wasn't working , so we had no TV all night 😔

Everything was freshly renovated and it was amazing because there was no carpeting in the rooms. Anyone with allergies or Asthma knows this is a huge plus!!!!

Beds are a bit strang wasn't that comfortable to sit on, but for the first time in who knows how long,I slept like a baby woke up with no back pain or stiff joints.

The entire staff was excellent, the hotel was remarkably clean and neat, the rooms were very good and big, location was great and convenient, and the breakfast area was very clean and well organized.

No negative point or nothing was bad or there is no complaint.
